Very easy ordering on a user friendly website
Great company to shop for my Father who is wheelchair bound for his clothes . Has a selection of clothing that he likes for his age . Web site easy to use .
They had no idea what they were doing. I ordered three items all on the same order. The trousers were out of stock but I received the other two items one of which was for £7-99. This was put onto my credit card. I phoned and was told the package for the trousers had been left under my car. I phoned again and got no where. Then I got a letter saying the credit card details I had given were wrong. I phoned again and the misfortune to speak to Natasha. She was exceedingly rude although she was part of the "Careteam". This lot have no idea about customer service. I emailed them and have not received any response. IN A WORD "USELESS"
My experience was a bit confused as I was trying to order online from an advert in Saturday’s Daily Mail offering the trousers at £25 each post free when quoting the code MAIL2JA180 but it was not recognised so I ended up paying £56 for 2 pairs. Otherwise the buying process was straightforward.

I was disappointed to find the steam mop cheaper on e-bay and other websites, with no statement that it had been reduced by £100.

The ordering went well. I would like to see more information about the delivery times. I paid for express delivery and recieved an email saying processing would take 7 to 10 working days, not acceptable to me.

No response to my email query
My order is missing since 15 August sent to wrong address at the time and I changed the adrress somebody put wrong address on my orders and blame me over it and not come to me yet from jollman and royal email have sent back to them to send to me in 10days

Sep 30,2023I did not have to wait long for the goods to arrive. However a pair of trousers I ordered where miles to big and I had the cost of sending them back even though it was not my fault that I had to return them. Then an alarm clock I ordered was faulty so again the cost in sending it back fell on me.
