Aug 04,2023Place an order. I Didnt hear anything for a while called the customer care team who told me its been lost with Royal Mail and they will resend with express delivery. ( which never happened) the Customer care team called me back after a week saying they have just had the order returned to them by Royal mail.!!!

Aug 01,2023The ordering process is OK, but nothing special. Like many other shopping sites, it doesn't work well at a low resolution (800x600). Your response is thoughtless and insulting - if I can't see a screen clearly, how is a small catalogue supposed to help?

Jul 29,2023I used this company for the first time in order to buy some underwear. The description suggested that the clothing item has a very specific feature (a covered waistband) which I couldn't find elsewhere so I contentedly put in my order. When it arrived the items did not have this feature. I accept these things happen so I sought to resolve this issue by sending it back. I contacted the care team to say that as the item did not fit the description I did not expect to be made to pay return postage. My first e-mail was sent on the 20th July to which there was no response. I chased on the 23rd with the same result. On the 26th I received a cryptic message which said only "updated" and then when I finally received a response on the 27th July the customer care team first said the delay was because they had been looking into the situation (how it takes seven days for such an investigation only this company knows). They then proceeded to tell me I should just go ahead and send the item back (at my own expense as they did not give me any means of return) and that would look into to it further. So seven days pass, nothing is resolved and I am asked to spend more money getting it so. As the title says, abysmal service which means I will never use this company again. I strongly recommend anyone reading this does the same.

Very happy with that, although it would have been good to know when it was going to be delivered. I bought more of some shirts I'd had before as they were reduced in price and I'm very pleased with them for summer wear.

Jul 23,2023I’m in need of clothing for work within 7 days. I paid for express delivery as I need it asap but there was no delivery date estimation to be seen anyway. After purchase, I find out it’s 7-10 days dispatch, let alone delivery (very disappointed about this). The pricing of the clothing is great and the welcome offer 10% is handy, so I’m really happy about this. All in all a good experience but disappointed I now need to find a short term solution to my clothing problem in my first working week

Aug 08,2023Well, I as promised the return of my postage (£5.39) to retrun my goods. That was by Chantelle back in July - today is the 8 August and still no refund. Are the wheels at Jolliman just turning slowly or have they simply stopped altogether?
