Wrong item sent out and the replacement they sent was again the same wrong item. Never previously had a problem in al, the years gave been a customer. Update - 4 August- Glyn at Jollimans has been most helpful. It turned out to have been a supply issue at their end. He has resolved the problem and the correct item has now been received. Wish I had dealt with him from the start. So alls well that ends well. Thank you Glyn. Good service.
Improve on the updating customer's and why all of a sudden orders are taking awhile to process.
When it came to pay i did not get the 10% discount as a new customer, I rang the sales team but they said there was nothing they could do about this and told me to ring customer services the following day. This was more expense for me as I am a pensioner.Not very good.
I was somewhat disappointed to read that I qualified for free standard delivery then find I was still being charged. You need to look at your Web site.

First time order with Jolliman and I have to say I am very disappointed. The trouser colour I ordered was not in stock, so they sent another colour. The reason I chose the specific colour is to adhere to school uniform policy and the substituted colour is not allowed at my son’s school. I would much rather have been given the option of a refund, rather than an unacceptable substitute. All it would have taken would have been a simple email from their ‘Care Team’ asking if I would prefer a refund, or a substituted item. As things stand, I will lose money on postage for Jolliman’s assumption that a substitute colour would be acceptable. Not to mention the time and effort it will take me to return the items. Not the best way to establish good customer relations, in my opinion. To end on a positive, I was impressed by the quality of the items delivered - hence the 2 stars, rather than 1. Such a shame about the customer service.

Unlike many websites yours is simple and easy to use. The items for sale are well presented and their descriptions are accurate. One small point. I suggest putting chest sizes on clothing. Other retailers have different ideas what M and L mean.

Excellent product (3 Step stool with handrail). Easy to assemble. Excellent delivery service and help from the staff at Electrovision Ltd, who were more than patient with a small misunderstanding. Recommended. Will most certainly be buying the smaller version soon.
