Jun 10,2023I ordered 36 waist and they are far too tight. I wear 34 waist jeans and so thought a size bigger would be comfortable. I was wrong. And there was a loose thread on one leg which I pulled and misshaped the leg end. Overall, not happy

Jun 10,2023ordered 27 leg trousers but was sent 29 returned and ask for 27 leg but was sent another 29 i then asked ror a refund for which i am still waiting and please remember to refund my postage as i was not at fault for the order g winter

Jun 10,2023Trousers came on 9th June2023 without reduced inside leg length to 25" as requested by me on 26 May 2023. I also emailed a few days later to confirm my request. I am disappointed. I spoke to your staff on 9 June 2023 and sending the two tousers to reduce inside leg length to 25".

Jun 10,2023Instead of a multi pocket body warmer - I receive a dressing gown. The incorrect item was returned the very same day. It took two to three weeks for the correct item to be received and then only after two phone calls to chase it.

Jun 10,2023From time of ordering to delivery was far too slow. The goods sent were not what I ordered, they substituted a magenta shirt for a blue one. I would rather have waited till it was in stock or they could have just refunded my money for that item. It would have been nice if they had emailed me for my opinion, but they didn't bother.
