Nov 03,2021I have been a customer for a number of years and have never needed to return any items before, so I was not sure how long it would take you to process the refund. I was delighted to receive the message today from PayPal to inform me of the two amounts which have been refunded to my account, one for the returned item (including P&P) and the other amount for inconvenience as the order was in mid-September, and the delivery was at the end of October. Thank you again, and I look forward to purchasing items for my husband in future.

Sep 18,2021Took 6 days to get order ready for despatch. Then another week for 48hr delivery at a charge of £4.99 ??? Then returns are at customer expense ?? £4.99 delivery is extreme in itself given how we all have had to adjust to online shopping . All in all very poor service and postage far too high considering the items I ordered are at best ok quality . Will not recommend or use again . ⭐️⭐️ Evidence provided to trust pilot that I my review is based on a shopping experience ⭐️⭐️ Jolliman do not always acknowledge your custom apparently ??? ⭐️⭐️ Jodie @ Jolliman . I have YOUR reply to my original query . In which it was less than helpful . You are correct that the delivery and returns are on your website BUT very difficult to find where your terms for p&p are and nothing easy to read on the extortionate p&p AND then buyers having to pay for a tracked return ! Your reply is ridiculous and had I known this companies history ( that is NOT on your webpage !!) I would NOT have purchased from such an unsavoury company .

The company were brilliant for my father in law’s clothing needs; sadly no longer with us. The comfort waist was so helpful. As a long-time customer, Jolliman's clothing has always been of a good standard and quality and very good value for money. Their customer service staff are unfailing helpful and courteous. Indeed, for one outdoor garment I need many months ago, the effort and trouble that they company went to to ensure I got the right size and product was quite extraordinary. Highly recommended!

Sep 10,2021Ive been shopping with Jolliman for about ten years, having given up on M&S. I love that you can select trousers for width & length, so no sewing needed. This is vital for a single man. Clothes are true to size, so I have never needed to return anything. I now don't clothes shop anywhere else, as everything I need is available in my size at Jolliman.
