Aug 02,2021Ordered shorts on 23rd July. Order confirmed and said email would be sent when item despatched. Nothing received by 31st July so I emailed enquiry. This morning my enquiry was answered by Jodie. She chased warehouse and ascertained the chosen colour was out of stock. No indication of this when I ordered. Jodie than arranged for an alternative in stock colour to be sent out on 48 hour delivery. I am disappointed about the initial delay but delighted with the way Jodie has helped and resolved the situation.

Jul 22,2021My husband ordered three pairs of trousers. Two fitted perfectly but the third pair, although supposedly the same size, was enormous and possibly had the wrong label in. We explained this to Jolliman's Customer Relations department and Jodie came back very promptly to offer to send a replacement pair and refund our postage for the returned pair. She promised to deal with this personally. It is very easy to get in touch with Jolliman. Unlike many companies these days, they have an easy-to-find e-mail address and phone number. We recommend Jolliman for this and also commend Jodie for her helpful and friendly attitude. She deserves to succeed in her job.

Jul 10,2021Ordered 2 pairs of slippers, there was a slight hiccup as awaiting new stock,received an email from Jodie at customer relations, she could not of been more helpful, offered a similar pair and refunded me for the second pair, she was very quick to reply.

Jun 24,2021I ordered a pair of trousers from this company which were delivered in February. The stitching around one of the pockets is coming undone. The company has written saying that I should return the trousers “unworn, unwashed and with the manufacture’s tags attached within 28 days of receipt”. Clearly this is impossible (as I explained in my original message to the supplier)! The trousers are excellent in every other respect. Because of the unhelpful response, I shall NEVER buy from this company in the future.

May 21,2021I returned an order of two items to Jolliman for refund and exchange. After it had not arrived within ten days I contacted both Jolliman and Hermes; but it could not be found. The Customer Service Manager, Bally, at Jolliman was excellent. Without hesitation she resolved the problem by accepting that the return had been received, and processed the return to my requirements. This was exemplary service from Jolliman and has kept me as a long-term customer. Hermes' returns service, however, may be given a miss next time.
