Apr 25,2013I place orders on the web site the day before I want them delivered and they are delivered accordingly (except weekends). This is a significant improvement compared to other delivery services which deliver on unknown dates. After I receive the order I receive an invoice stamped "Paid" via the Royal Mail. This seems rather wasteful.

Apr 18,2013I needed some new water filters for my Jura bean to cup machine and so also included a mixture of different coffee beans to get free postage. They were ordered late Wednesday and arrived Friday morning. Everything was in order and I would recommend. I am sure the coffee beans will be up to the usual high standard... and they are not overly expensive.

Apr 11,2013Jura UK is the best supplier there is of parts, service and supplies for Jura coffe machines. Every order is supplied prompty and accurately, and every question is answered in a polite, friendly and helpful manner. I can't imagine why anyone in the UK would buy Jura supplies, service or parts from anyone else!

Apr 11,2013We have 2 Jura Coffee machines, the S7 Impressa at the office and an ENA-9 at home. We bought the office machine first and because the coffee experience was so great we simply stopped drinking coffee at home, until we were compelled by need to buy our home Machine.

Apr 09,2013Ordered an Impressa C90 which arrived within 3 days and a Cool Control which came in 48 hours. Both excellent products with clear instructions and well packaged for transit. Always have had Gaggia machines in the past, but the Jura is even better!!!

Apr 08,2013Slinky results every time from a machine that looks as good as the coffee it produces. The user friendly push button system takes all the stress out of production which is brilliant when you would rather talk to guests than slave over after dinner coffee. Can't recommend enough.

Apr 04,2013My first experience after buying a Jura coffe machine second hand was to order a few spare parts from Jura ...... Delivered the next day. Prices, compared to gaggia spares are very much lower and turnaround time very much higher. The last order I put in with Gaggia (now phillips saeco) took 12 weeks and 437 phone calls to chase :) I bought a Jura machine based on the reputation i'd read about the company, it for sure is true.
