Mar 23,2013This time around just buying accessories but online order is easy and delivery was 2 business days later. Exactly the same experiance as when buying the machine through the same site. Would not hesitate to recommend the site and service.

Mar 21,2013If you have invested in the best bean to cup machine then you will want to keep it in top condition. So buying the official coffee beans makes perfect sense and the coffee tastes good and the price is reasonable. What more can you say?

Mar 08,2013ordered some of the small adaptors that always fall down the plug hole!!!!. arrived the follinwg day so excellent. w hilst the price was OK the postage was NOT and after talking to them they refunded 50% of it. Great product but I do think for the price £1700 they could throw in a few spares of these little rubber grommet things - its a bit tight and they know that these things always get lost. Either change the design or throw a few spares in!!. coffee is outstanding, easy to use and easy to clean (MIELE NOTE.:))

Mar 05,2013I have been the proud owner of a Jura Z5 for some years. However like most mechanical devices they need servicing from time to time. I was delighted with the professional manner in which the spare parts department (Myles) handled my queries and helped me with parts to service my machine. My machine is now fully functional again and I look forward to mant more years of delightful coffee. Thank you

Mar 03,2013great service but £50-00 for a £10-00 power supply with a different secondary plug and a european primary plug is a bit much but couldn't find one with same secondary got you by the short and curly's

Feb 19,2013We have had a Jura coffee machine for about 3 years now and used to buy accessories (filters, cleaning tablets etc) from a variety of sources. Following the introduction of the on-line shop from Jura I have purchased all accessories from there plus a coupe of spares. Also, the Jura coffee is really excellent.

Feb 11,2013The machine is fairly easy to use but the milk system is fiddly to clean. It also frequently runs out of milk and sprays steam everywhere. It is difficult to see how much milk is in the tank before you use the machine. The website does not have all the parts for our machine. Some people say that the coffee tastes bitter whatever the setting. We are using the same coffee that we had in our old machine.

Feb 11,2013I've had a Jura coffee machine for more than ten years. I had my first one serviced and it came back like new and now sits in my office in Leicester. It was replaced by the top of the line model which is brilliant. Recentrly I started to order coffeee from the website and have not bought coffee elswhere since.

Feb 11,2013We had been having problems with Jura coffee machine not dispencing frothy milk, latte & cappachino not dispencing properley. Went on line to Jura site typed in problems got answers straight away, watched video how to clean machine. Ordered de scaling tablets, coffee machine cleaning tablets & cappachino cleaning fluid. Followed instructions for cleaning the machine, Its now working as good as new A BIG THANKS JURA.

Feb 10,2013The machine is very good and the coffee with Lavazza coffee beans has worked well for us over the last 7 months. The bean to cup machine means you can free up a member of staff whilst it is pouring hence improving your customer service. The taste suits the majority of customers (99%). The pre-sales and after sales from Jura has room for improvement. Some pre-sales information with regard to cup sizes etc would have been useful. The engineer from Portugal who came to give us training got our backs up before he had arrived as he was an hour late and there were 5 people waiting for him. I had to go 15 minutes after his arrival so never had an explanation as to how the machine works. Some of the cup size language talks in ounces some talk in litres and the engineer didn't talk either so that was quite difficult trying to get the right amount of liquid for our cup sizes. The cleaning of the machine requires some round tablets, some square and some filter changes - some cleaning is done daily, some after 250 cups, filter change is done every 6 months - it is assumed you will work it all out. Do not rely on the engineer. However, you can rely on Peter at the Lancashire HQ who knows the mahines very well.
