Mar 13,2019Terrible customer service. Booked anappointment for measuring and quoting. Nobody turned up, nobody rang to say that it was cancelled and nobody answered the phone when I tried to ring to see if someone was still coming.

Mar 02,2019Terrible company. I ordered 2 blinds, received confirmation, and my credit card was chaged for full price. Waited over a month, but no blinds came. Checked order status, which told me to "check back later." Contacted customer service 4 times in 5 days: phone, online chat, email twice. Nobody could tell me,my order status. "We will check and get back to you tomorrow" I was told each time. Nothing!! No follow up at all! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Now, I'll have,to go through my credit card company to try to get a refund. Save your time and money!! Buy elsewhere!!

Surprised this company has lasted as long has it has. Liz in customer care said if I’d wanted to keep light out I should have purchased black out blinds . 🤬🤬🤬🤬 just the reply I would have expected from a second rate company

Feb 21,2019Shocking customer service!!! Purchased a blind rail from them, admittedly made a typo typing the dimensions in typed 110 instead of 101. So the rail arrived to big obviously, I asked for help in fixing the error. Got told it would cost me £10 more than the original order to send the rail back to get it adjusted to the right size and sent back. They simply didn't care! I could order another rail for less than the price they asked to fix the issue. Obviously I didn't take them up on their offer, instead I googled how to do it myself watched a 5 minute video and adjusted it myself. So instead of doing a 5 minute job in the name of good customer service they choose to tell me tough and to try and get more money out of me. Customer service is important to me, and they failed miserably and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Feb 12,2019What can I say!!! Brilliant service, brilliant fitter, Les, and brilliant support from all the office staff. Blinds look absolutely superb, I took the special offer and upgraded £10per blind and a friend of mine was here at the time and couldn't believe the quality of the product, so much so, she's going to use Just Blinds for her patio windows. I shall be using this company again for the rest of my blinds and roller blinds as well I recommend this company five star ++for quality, customer service and professionalism throughout. Thanks guys. Barbara .

Jan 25,2019Ordered 3 roller blinds for bathrooms from just blinds online and was not disappointed. The colours were very accurate as per pictures online and the quality was great for the price. I would definitely recommend and use this company again in the future, thanks for the good service!

Nov 09,2018Possibly the most useless company on the planet. I ordered my blinds & when I recieved them they were 40cm too big & I had proof I had inputted my sizes correctly but they still tried to blame myself when their website caused the error, I sent them back after speaking with a manager, who to be fair was great, to be resized. I have recieved them back today and they haven’t accounted for the brackets so they again are too big, I specifically requested recess on my first order so I’m unsure how they’ve come to the assumption that they needed to be exact. I wouldn’t recommend these cowboys to my worst enemy never mind anyone else. If you want to waste your hard earned money for a substandard service then order from these fools.

Oct 25,2018I made an appointment for someone to come down during the school holidays when I was off and I got a reply with a date that didn't exist. I replied querying the date and was given the proper date with the requested window of between 9-1 and after waiting in no-one showed up. When my wife had another look at their website the original offer we had shown interest in had disappeared. I phoned up asking about our no-show and was offered another date which was no good, although I got an apology, I got the distinct impression they weren't interested in our custom.

We got what we wanted, and more at a great price with a team that only want the best for their customers.. No brainier to recommend, and within 48 hours of ours being fitted they were measuring up our neighbours windows!!! Thanks to Nigel and the team....

Oct 04,2018I was really impressed with the quality of the vertical blinds from Just Blinds. There was a slight delay with the delivery, probably as the manufacturers are so busy, the communication was however excellent and I received my blinds within a few days. It was worth the wait!

Mar 21,2019Excellent from beginning to end. I purchased blinds for my entire house, from the budget range; I was perhaps sceptical in terms of the quality, at such a competitive price. I need not have been, they represent extremely good value for money. One of the blinds required an adjustment, and this was carried out courteously and professionally. I can highly recommend.
