Sep 19,2018What a great company. From start to finish they were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are so helpful and very knowledgeable about their products as i needed help with chosing fabrics etc before measuring up. I would definitely recommend Just-Blinds Wigan as their prices are very affordable too. Absolutely love my blinds, thank you.

Sep 18,2018just a quick note regarding this company, very helpful on the phone Holly explained everything clearly, Nigel came out and measured and fitted very clean and tidy no mess. I did read the reviews first regarding this company and found sum of the reviews a bit petty I certainly would recommend the to family and friends. I will contact them after Christmas and get them back to do my dads house all of his windows. Thank you

Sep 17,2018Rang just blinds to see if someone could come to our house made an appointment A lovely gentleman arrived and measured up all are windows gave us a price He told us that we need to go and look in the showroom Which is only open monday to friday which doesnt help when people work full time My partner went to the showroom had a look and found something that he liked he came home and showed me pictures We have been calling and leaving measage and had no return call Do we yave decided to go some where else

Aug 17,2018So impressed with this company; kept me up dated from ordering, processing and dispatch. Arrived on time and beautifully packaged. The quality of the replacement slats for my vertical blinds is superb, much better than expected, so easy to put up (I wasn't expecting the weights and chains to be attached already) and they fit perfectly. There was even an extra slat on each run which I have put away in case I need to replace one. Would definitely recommend and will be using again myself. Lorraine Kelly, Essex

Aug 13,2018If I could rate it 0 I would. So I requested a call back for an appointment and it took 12 days to get back to me after many emails. They came and on a Facebook post it said 7 blinds for £185 On the website it said 7 for 225 and the guy quoted me 255. What the hell?!? Queried it and was told by the guy who does the pricing all I do is moan and argue so he doesn't want my business what a terrible bunch of cowboys! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Aug 02,2018I had blinds for my lounge fitted and it is still an ongoing very bad experience. Firstly the fitter left knowing he had not finished the job properly leaving my blind uneven. I was then promised they would come and repair it but never turned up! After further complaints they sent someone who tried to play it down but agreed to renew the rail. Now they have not turned up again and I am getting tired of their lies and excuses. Don't use this firm they are a bunch of cowboys!!

Apr 16,2018Measured the recess and drop as requested with Just blinds promising to make the nessessary adjustments to fit......well they arrived and they did just that. Perfect! One slight issue that lead to a phone call to Customer services was with regards to two louvres too many. Gentleman informed me that they send the extra in case any of the other louvres get damaged in the future. Very happy with the end results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mar 29,2018Please shut this company and their choice of Currier service down. Website looks great but service and customer experience is poor. The customer service agents have a very brash and unhelpful way of dealing with queries. My order for blinds from 2 weeks ago still hasn't arrived and my windows have no protection. No one seem to care and worse of all your Currier provides only a premium number to reach them on. Their local number is just a dummy number. I personally will be taking this to the FOS for review.

Mar 26,2018I’m very disappointed in the service I received I’m still waiting for delivery of my item, I had to contact you to find out why I hadn’t received it to be told you had sickness amongst the staff that caused the delay it would have been nice for an email sent to customers advising the delay. I hope to receive my item tomorrow at the latest or I will be in touch as a very unhappy customer

Sep 20,2018Yesterday I had a 10ft roller blind fitted by Just Blinds in Wigan. It was a difficult job because of the unevenness of my walls. The first attempt was awful. Bent like a banana. Not my words but the words of the fitter. The first fitter couldn’t get it straight so he rang Nigel. He came down and had a terrible job trying to get it right. Tried different ways and finally got it perfect. Can’t thank him enough for doing a grand job. I would recommend this firm.
