Apr 17,2025Just Value Doors took £69.95 for delivery, accepted my postcode and failed to deliver on the agreed date. I phoned next day to ask why and later had an email refusing to deliver to my home - which is UK mainland - without explanation, and offering to deliver to Kilmarnock (over 50 miles away) or, bizarrely, a port of my choice "at no additional charge". After several emails, refund of the delivery fee and a delay of over a month I collected the door from Kilmarnock. It looks good, the measurements were exact and it appears to be very well constructed. This company website boasts about being "ready to go the extra mile" but my experience was dreadful.

Apr 11,2025I ordered window and i was really afraid of delivery time( always heard that it normally takes 2 weeks but mine was sheduled for the day 3 weeks after placing my order) i was calling office a few times to ask for earlier delivery and never got any help. For delivery date I was forced to take a day off from work as timeframe is 7am-7pm. Tracking info didn't shows any delays but i didn't get my product in that day. Next day website was updated with new delivery scheduled a week later what makes me wait a mont for their product. I contacted office wia phone and email but nothing was done in my case. I will not recommend to anyone who cares about time.

Even with some quite complicated requests they have always been willing to look for solutions. My only ‘gripe’ is the glass/windows come unwrapped, and that has led to damaged panes when the delivery persons have left them precariously propped!
