Jun 08,2023Had a conservatory roof replaced with "blue glass" as the JWS representative told us that it would keep it alot cooler in the Summer, and warmer in the Winter. It is hotter than ever it was before in the Summer and no warmer during the Winter. We contacted the representative to ask him about it but he never got back to us. We cannot make use of the Conservatory as much as we did before.

Mar 27,2023We had a new porch addition built in Feb 23. The build when started went very smoothly with foundations built on day one, and all brickwork built within the same week. Another team of two great lads (Lee and Adam) then built the roof and fitted the glazing early the next week. The plasterer and the electrician then finished the job. All work was done to an exceptional standard by all.

Date for installation agreed and confirmed. Two fitters arrived on time and ready to work. Very professional, clean and polite. I would definitely recommend this company and will most assuredly be using them again.

Feb 18,2023So used this company to fit a new solid conservatory roof wasn't over impressed with the service but they put things right so when I got a call last week I thought give them another chance fool me. Wanted a quote for new French doors ten minutes before they were due they cancel the appointment. Never again JWS terrible service. So they say the tried numerous times but no missed calls strange that, but got another company perfect job done on time and a good price.

Feb 12,2023Generally good. A slight lack of communication between the survey being done and then getting a fitting date for the windows Fitters were fine, good windows and reasonably priced. I've now had a front door, facias and gutters and new windows from this company. Would recommend.

Feb 04,2023The fitters turned up early, they were friendly and very hardworking. With a minimum of fuss they finished by lunchtime and left everything tidy. The door is beautiful and so much better than the one I had before. I would recommend them to anybody.

Jul 20,2023A two day installation for Roofline products Four weeks later we finally got it complete. Absolute nighmare of a company to deal with and do our installation. We absolutely definitely not recommed this company to anyone.
