Nov 13,2023The guys at JWS have done an amazing job at replacing my glass conservatory roof for a solid insulated one. Lee, Brian and Kian were polite and respectful of mine and my neighbours property and didn’t even let the rain stop them. It only took them two days and left the place spotless. I requested a change to my electrics and it was no bother, Terry the electrician had to come twice for that after Mark the plasterer had finished who did a fab job. Neil in the office kept me updated on times and to make sure I was happy with each process. Winter has kicked in now and I’m so pleased with how much warmer it feels. Having a new front door fitted in two weeks and I’m sure that will be spot on too. Would definitely recommend JWS. Thanks everyone.

Oct 26,2023A really good experience from start to finish. The initial visit from a lovely guy who really listened and very knowledgeable about the products. On the day of the door fitting again excellent service from the fitters. Went through n explained everything he was doing. The door looked fabulous when finished. They swept up. They were both friendly, polite, hardworking. I had no worries whatsoever regarding the fitting. A very positive outcome in these circumstances when you are paying for a service at your home. These guys are an asset to JWS and I would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a good quality product and service.

Sep 15,2023Doorway isn't square so looks quite good all things considered. Great looking door (dark grey). But knocker fell off after a day, it was only stuck on with double sided tape. As knocker is hollow there is not enough to hold it securely. Also knocker was too long for the central circular design so it was always going to come off. Had to grind ends down, fill the hollow knocker with lightweight filler. Also had to coat this with lacquer so that gorilla tape would stick to filler. It's stuck to door now. (Didn't want to drill holes in my new door to fix it permanently.)

Sep 06,2023It all started with a “Cold call” from a representative as they were working in the area. This was followed up, as promised, with a phone call booking an appointment to discuss our requirements (replacing a polycarbonate porch roof with a traditional tiled roof, with minor electrical works) and provide a quote. The representative was friendly and informative without any “sales pitch” tactics being employed – just straight, non-complicated options with no hidden criteria. Having agreed the job in principle and paying a 20% deposit, we were then contacted to book a survey. Shortly after that the works were arranged and completed all within 3 to 4 weeks. From start to finish all operatives displayed a high degree of courtesy and professionalism. We were particularly impressed with the building team (Marc, Brian, Ryan, Terry (electrician) and Mark (plasterer)). It was truly a joy to witness true craftsmen displaying a very high degree of pride in their work, resulting in a high quality and timely completion. All together an outstanding job at a very reasonable price and we have no hesitation in recommending JWS to anyone – we will certainly use them again if required. Thank you JWS.

They fitted them quicker than expected, and in the initial stages they listened to all of my concerns and understood my vision for my house renovation. When spending a lot of money, I expect quality service, and that is exactly what I got. Have recommended them to multiple friends and family, after receiving compliments from them on my windows and doors.

Aug 10,2023fantastic service from the word go had a young gentleman knock on my door to ask me whether i was interested in free no obligation quote ( by the way very polite too ) i was then rang by a lady from there office just to confirm that I hadn't had a bogus call at the door and to arrange a time and day of when a we would be in to measure up and give us a quote. This gentleman that came was very professional in his work and answered every question that we asked him . We decided to have the new windows as we had never seen triple glazing before and was amazed at the energy efficiency of there product..{ especially now with heating costs going literally through the roof } After the gentleman (Michael ) showed us there fantastic finance packages we thought to ourselves why wouldn't you buy new efficient windows and save money then after 2 to 3 weeks we had a surveyor out to measure up before manufacture this surveyor (David) went through all the designs we had picked ( good job as the wife changed a few things ) very professional again 3 weeks later we had couple of lads take out all our old windows and where replaced in a couple of days with brand new ones this whole experience was faultless and i would highly recommend this company to anyone for any work I have also recommended my daughter changes hers

Nov 24,2023Just finalising our replacement conservatory roof, what a great job, the whole team have provided a top service, a couple of small issues dealt with promptly and effectively, shout out must go to Mark and the team for working in the rain and late in the day to get the job complete, Terry the electrician and Mark the plasterer did a first class job, great company to deal with and a fantastic job done. Highly recommended
