Jan 23,2023This is the 2nd time we've used JWS as the workmanship is excellent. We have had our conservatory roof replaced with an insulated and tiled system. I wanted to leave this review for a month after the work incase anything cropped up for concern, and I can happily say nothing has. The boys left everything tidy inside and out although more dust was created than I expected. I'd asked for a particular style of internal roof and they excelled in delivery. My only gripe is I should had the job done years ago. The heat retained in the conservatory now is incredible, truly making it just another room in the house. Can supply photos if required. Jan 06,2023I had my conservatory built in April 2022 by JWS and I wanted to wait to leave a review to see how everything went after the build. The build itself went smoothly as all the workers were great and finished the job to a brilliant standard. Since the build, I’ve had a few minor issues that have had to be looked at such as the large sliding doors sticking but once I had contacted JWS to report the problem, someone was booked in to visit as soon as they could to fix it. My new side door of the conservatory also got stuck over Christmas due to the extreme cold and the pvc expanding, and again JWS were able to have someone come out to fix it. I said I was happy to learn how to fix it myself from watching the engineer, but he said that it was no issue to have them come out again if there were any further issues in future as there is the 10 year guarantee. I think the after care of a company is just as important as the build work itself, and I would highly recommend JWS because of this.

Nov 01,2022I can not express enough how happy I am with the installation of my new roof. From start to finish I can not fault the company and all the work men, Lee, Kian and Adam were amazing, then the electricians and plasterer (sorry can’t remember their names). My roof looks fabulous and I can already feel the difference, not only in the warmth of the room but how my conservatory is open plan into the kitchen and now it feels cosy and part of my home. I love it! I would honestly recommend these guys, not only for the quality of work, price and respect for my home whilst they did the work, but for the communication throughout, it was a pleasure and stress free . Thank you.

Oct 26,2022Our experience with this company has been entirely positive, having had replacement soffits and gutters, replacement windows and one entirely new window all fitted within a week or so. Very much against our normal policy, we agreed that the man delivering leaflets would send a salesman. We had received JWS leaflets many times over the years, which at least gave credibility. As did the salesman, who arrived very promptly, being a JWS family member. From then, the surveyor, (who answered a lot of questions) and office staff were very professional, keeping us well in the picture, and dates were agreed. Prices were fixed and honoured despite us wanting an installation date some time ahead. The only slight delay to starting was due to bad weather, and with an eye on the forecast they informed us of this in advance. Once started, the planning and teamwork between scaffolders and fitters doing the roof-work, and then between the fitters and builder doing the windows were all very impressive, as was the clearing up as they went along and at the end of each day. It was good to hear one of them say he felt very happy to be contracted to JWS and that he was always paid on time. The results look very good. We are awaiting the Fensa, insurance and building regulations paperwork but have every expectation that all will be in order.

Sep 03,2022I ordered a new solid conservatory roof in March at first all good team came and fitted no problem salesman very helpful until things started to go wrong and then wasn't interested. Roof now leaking which has damaged my furniture I rung and spoke to their so called customer services which was being manned by a person who said somebody would ring me back and the girl who normally does it is now on holiday, no one rung me, I will be contacting the finance people on Monday that they recommend telling them that I will not be paying for faulty goods. Be aware customers these are not a good company and after sales is shocking.

May 05,2022We had a porch built and bi fold doors fitted - completed April 2022. First contact with a saleperson at the door and then a visit to discuss what we wanted/ offer a quote. Very professional, a thorough survey completed and realistic advice of the best way to achieve what we wanted. JW kept in touch with us throughout the process and pulled together all the trades to complete the porch and bi folds, despite the household isolating due to covid at one point! Always rang back quickly if we had any queries. We are happy with the work completed and I wouldn't hesistate to pass their details on.
