Mar 04,2025I was skeptical at first, but after speaking with one of your agents, Kara Ehrle, I began to see my seat upholstery coming alive! She walked me thru the whole process, explained all options clearly, made suggestions and brought my vision into reality! I knew i was going to replace seat covers, and went round and round with other internet vendors, just couldnt get what i wanted. I did have diffuclty with the website, but once i made the call to Kara, it all came together....she was patient, informative and very helpful....and Katzkins handles it from design, production and offering contracted installers.....i am absolutely 110% satisfied with my seat upholstery and install.....thank you! Would buy again if the need arises.....

Mar 02,2025Putting katzkins in my second truck! Had them in my first truck for more than 7 years and they are still holding up very well! With the exception of some slight wear on the drivers seat bolster, they still look brand new! Currently working with Angie Padilla to customize a set for my other truck, and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I have received so far! Very nice to have someone spend the time to make sure I get something I’ll be happy with! If you want to customize your katzkins, I would definitely recommend working with Angie! She’s been fantastic!

Mar 02,2025I wouldn’t recommend Katzkin based on my experience. You’re probably better off either having the car dealership install leather seats or purchasing a vehicle with leather seats already included. Initially, the seats looked great, but after a year, I’ve found it really challenging to clean the light grey seats using their recommended cleaning method of soap and water—it just doesn’t get the dirt out. Additionally, I had to use a Katzkin-authorized dealer for the installation, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The installer was unresponsive to calls, to the point where I had to reach out to Katzkin directly for help. When the seats were initially installed, they were the wrong color, but Katzkin did ensure the right color was put in. However, I noticed some issues: the second-row cup holder molding had scratches, and while I can’t say for certain if the installer caused them, I didn’t notice these marks before. I also had to fix some moldings myself because they weren’t properly installed. The installer always left early, making it hard to voice any concerns, and since the nearest installation location was 30 miles away, it wasn’t worth going back. The molding on the back seat hooks was also not correctly put back, and it won’t stay in place permanently. Overall, I think I’ll stick to other options next time

I couldn't quite afford these amazing covers but still wanted to give credit to this company and amazing person as she not only did her job but went above and beyond and as soon as I get my money up she will be the person I call, thank you!!!

Mar 01,2025This is my 4th vehicle that I put the Katzkins in. They have never let me down. They are worth the money. I have tried seat covers shown on Facebook and they have let me down. Do yourself a favor and go with Katzkin.

Feb 22,2025I had been thinking about upgrading the interior of my Mustang, and I wish I had done it sooner. Sergio should be called a Master Installer, he was amazing. He had the entire thing done in under 4 hours, which completely changed my car's look and feel. So happy with the whole experience, I would recommend it to anyone looking to get rid of their ratty cloth interior.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding customer service. We had the pleasure of working with Roy, and he was exceptional! I thought I knew exactly what we wanted, but Roy's recommendations helped us make even better choices for our seats. We highly recommend Katzkin and will be installing their products in all our vehicles moving forward and recommending them to our friends! They are truly a top-notch organization!
