Oct 27,2023We recently stayed at Pili Mai and had a wonderful experience. The location and unit was perfect for us. Very nicely decorated, great space and a distant view of the ocean from the back deck. We had one maintenance request and it was handled promptly with no impact to our trip. Everything went smoothly from check-in to leaving. We have already recommended this unit and company to friends coming here soon. Would 100% stay here again!! Mahalo!!

Oct 27,2023We loved the facilities and location. The condo itself was very accommodating except for the lack of air conditioning upstairs. No amount of fans could offset the heat. The kitchen although beautiful lack basic necessities like a can opener and additional pots and pans. The kitchen was described as being a gourmet kitchen. Not true in every sense of the word. The patio was lovely if you didn’t sit on the extremely dirty cushions. They have not been cleaned ever! Attention to detail was lacking for the amount of money we paid.

Oct 24,2023The pictures of the unit did show what the condo looked like. however, the pictures did not include a plastic tarp attached to the ceiling to catch water from the leaking ceiling to be funneled outside. All of the furniture in the unit was very uncomfortable and needed to be updated, including the bed. I get this as a rental but at the same time, maybe once in a decade upgrade the furniture. The fans fans in the bathrooms did not work. The light switch in the main bathroom had to be flipped on and off several times to get it to turn on. The screens did not fit the windows properly. There were cockroaches in the unit. The screen on the slider literally had to be wrestled to open and shut. I would never recommend anyone staying in this unit.

Oct 23,2023The home was perfectly clean and had great amenities. Everything was working except one of the drink mixers. There was a second mixer and that worked. Kauai Exclusive staff were easy to work with and helpful. I would rent here again.

Oct 23,2023Our condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals! The pool was a HIT with our 6 year old. Having a beach and ocean view was wonderful! I loved that we could rent a life jacket, body board, beach chairs and have towels for our beach days! And we were close to everything! Grocery, beaches, sites …. Overall a wonderful experience!

Oct 12,2023The condo was in great shape when we arrived, very clean and well stocked with soap, paper towels, etc. We experienced one problem with the cable provider and Trevor from Kauai Exclusive was able to help us over the phone correct the issue. The condo is in a great location and is furnished beautifully.

Nov 05,2023Should be more lighting in parking lot. We arrived late and had trouble finding the unit letter. Perhaps putting a map of the complex on the kitchen counter would be helpful. We found a binder of manuals for appliances in a drawer after the fact of how to turn on ice maker. Need more chairs on the beach. There was no concierge while there for help and no one was on the front desk to answer questions for us. Beautiful unit with a great view. Very comfortable. Well maintained grounds. Should have wider walkways around pool to accommodate people using walkers. Outside of pool area very quiet and relaxing.
