Nov 18,2024This is our second visit to Waipouli Resort and it is perfect for families with the pool and beach. It is located perfectly between Poipu beach and Princeville but also surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Unit E401 is just as pictured. The kitchen is stocked with basics but nothing extra (spices, oils, foils, baggies, etc), travel size toiletries are provided upon check in, beds are comfortable enough but the mattresses are definitely starting to sag a bit, no beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella, etc) is provided, and wifi is provided but can be slow at times. Overall it was a pleasant stay but missed the personal touch that other units have offered to truly feel welcome.

Nov 16,2024Loved the unit and it's location, great views of the pool and ocean. Shopping directly across the street with a Starbucks, ABC Store, Safeway, Ice Cream Shop and Ross. Fully stocked and clean. The only thing lacking was there were no beach chairs, cooler or anything like that to take to the beach for the day. Also the air conditioner unit is in the closet right beside the main bedroom/bathroom and it was extremely noisy and came on every 10 minutes, bring ear plugs if you want to sleep through the night

Nov 13,2024Our time in Kauai was great. Kauai exclusive answered questions quickly and kindly. We asked for more linens and assistance with the ice maker both were received promptly. We also asked for a late check out which was no problem at all. It was a huge help for my family. Thank you so very much.

Nov 13,2024This was a wonderful complex with very nice accomodations. The Pool and hot tub area was wonderful. Our unit had 2 bedrooms with a pull out couch bed and another sitting area which was perfect for us. Everything was well kept up. We had a question about the wifi when we got there and we were able to get that figured out right away. The Customer Service was great!!

Nov 11,2024The condo was well appointed and in a very convenient location with a grocery store right across the street. The outside grounds were beautiful and the pool which wrapped around sitting area had a couple of water falls and two slides. The beach was just behind the pool. We loved staying at the Waipouli Resort!

Nov 09,2024Location was fantastic.. condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed except a pizza pan or cookie tray( to reheat food) The parking lot was really the only issue(another renter hit my car) there is not enough room to turn the car around and head out instead of backing out...there is the back lot though. Overall it was absolutely fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

Nov 03,2024This was our 8th trip to Kauai and it was amazing. Over the years we watched Waipouli Resort be built and were a bit concerned about such a large complex go up next to our favorite condos. After we decided to stay at Waipouli we were very please. Frankly I was not sure if I wanted to do a review because I wanted to keep it all to myself. The room and grounds are beautiful and we had a marvelous visit. We will be back next year for sure.

Oct 30,2024Well I tried to check in an hour early.I called and talked to someone can't remember her name .half hour later I called it was now 1:30.talked to someone else?So I finally checked in at 3:00.I tried to book a Helicopter ride.Deshaun was great.I called to confirm like 4 times? No answer.I got a hold of Alex(female) excuse my writing.Oh and I got a new code right before entering the unit.You all told me there is no work out room.On the forth day I was talking to some people and there is a workout room.So the helicopter.Poor Alex got to hear from me and my friend Joe.Joe wasn't as pleasant as I was.Thank you for refunding the charge through your company, however when we landed.I said to Steve the pilot 95% of our $660 ride was in the rain? I heard if it's raining they cancel.Well they didn't of coarse.The Kauai Air canceled the 3oclock ride.(the one after ours? Hmm I find that interesting.This was my first time in a helicopter Joe wanted me to have a great experience.The narrative that Steve fid was great.If your going to book other people with them I would TRY to make sure they're ride is something they can SEE.We loved the condo.It was beautiful.I would stay again.Your communication amonst one another gets a poor rating however.I also asked for a late checkout? Didn't need it didn't recieve it anyways.Left at 9am

Oct 30,2024Waipouli Beach Resort is a great location to stay. Easy access, walkable location to restaurants & groceries. It also is great to visit north or south shores. Unit C405 has ocean & mountain views. It was very clean & provided a relaxing vacation.

Nov 20,2024The unit had GREAT views, but it was not as stocked as other units in the same resort. They also required a booking fee, which was higher than similar units. The unit had some damage and a slight mildew smell. There was also a slight cigarette smell in the back room. We had to air out the unit the first couple of days after we arrived. The resort is a great location. The unit was quite and overlooked the lawn and ocean
