The house was immaculate and perfect for our party of 8. The concierge was extremely helpful assisting us with many of the plans while on the island. We would defiantly use Kauai Exclusive again when visiting the Island

Jan 07,2023Accommodations were OK nothing special, no air conditioning. Pool was OK not heated. Parking was very limited and lacked information about the available parking garage. No sandy beach nearby. Would not book here again.

Jan 06,2023We were very impressed with the staff and the presentation of the room when we first entered. My wife and me were celebrating our 60th birthday, and there was a very nice welcome basket and wine on the counter. The room was fantastic, and we loved the entire 2 weeks we were there

Jan 05,2023We would generally recommend our rental at 106 Prince Kuhio. The rental unit is VERY dated and could use a little bit of love. It was a bit dirty, simply because there's only so much one can do with old grout, caulk, etc. The views were STUNNING. We watched the sunrise every morning from the back patio, but we wish there were more than 2 chairs. One thing people didn't report was that parking can be a challenge. We arrived late and all the unit's parking was full. Unfortunately, the street parking was full as well, and we ended up having to haul our bags about four blocks. A head's up there would have been nice. Overall, we would stay here again once we were able to look past the dated/old and dated conditions of the unit for the close walks to the beach and the views.

Jan 05,2023We had an excellent experience. Enjoyed coming back to such a nice unit after a fun day exploring. Bed was extremely comfortable and hide a bed in couch worked great for our boys. Pool area was maintained well and very clean. Our whole family enjoyed the lazy river and slides. I would like to see supplies accessible such as garbage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer detergent without any cost. Renters shouldn’t have to worry about buying anything further for the unit. That would be my only constructive criticism. We would absolutely return to this resort and had a pleasant experience with customer service. They always had a prompt response with any questions we had.

Jan 01,2023The rental unit in Kauai was perfect for us! It was located on the back of the building so it was very private with a view of the park and the ocean. The chickens and roosters woke us up every morning and the sun poured in through the windows. The pool was wonderful.

Dec 31,2022We really enjoyed our stay in Koali Poipu Hale. The location could not have been better, just across the street from Brenneke's Beach and the Poipu Beach Park (where turtles and monk seals hang out every day). Beds were comfortable, towels and beach gear well supplied. When we had questions, communication with the manager was quick and easy. Definitely would rent this place again!

Dec 31,2022Walking into the place, it smelled strongly of mold/mildew. It needs A/C - even in December. It's also very dimly lit. On the plus side, it was very clean, and it was nice to have a laundry machine. We'll likely stay at one of the nice hotels next time, as Waikomo Stream was not much cheaper.

Dec 31,2022The place was exactly as advertised. We were a family of nine using A304 and A306 and it fit everyone’s needs perfectly. All the facilities were great, the restaurant perfect but pricey and the location was ideal for traveling the island both ways. Having the shopping across the street made food shopping easy. The seven mile bike path so close was a real treat.

Dec 30,2022Kauai Exclusive Management was wonderful to work with. They reached out prior to our trip to see if they could assist us with suggestions or bookings for any activities. When I asked for restaurant suggestions, they sent me a whole list of both local and bigger restaurant options. While we were staying, we had a small problem with ants in the kitchen (turns out this is not uncommon after rain). But they responded quickly and continued to do so until the problem was resolved. Then when our flights home were canceled, they were willing to work with us to extend our stay for a night if needed. I also appreciated that we had to do very little when we when we checked out, only had to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take out our trash.

Dec 28,2022We loved the decor, cleanliness, and stocked amenities in the unit - toiletries, towels, tissues, paper products, laundry products. Everything was neat, spacious, and clean. Only drawback was that the A/C wasn't cooling much. It was ok for our trip, but I am hoping they fix it before the weather gets much hotter.
