Dec 15,2022Nothing negative to say. The Dolphin cottage #3 was very clean and had everything we needed. right by the fish market for the best fish! very safe and secure. We would stay there again.

Dec 15,2022The management company needs to be clearer about all their communications being on Rental Host. That caused some initial frustration. The condo was gorgeous with a beautiful view in a very nice resort. The beds were great. Would have been helpful to have instructions on the a/c and fans and notes on the multitude of light switches - some of which did not appear to work anything. The shades over the sink were broken and we had to ask about them to find this out. The main room a/c was not cooling properly. I also think they could let you stay til 11 - but they were adamant about 10. But I would definitely stay here again.

However, one whole day was lost due to internet/cable issues, as we had several workers in the house for the better part of a day, after a day and a half without cable or Internet. Once we realized this would take a very long time and would be very intrusive, we asked that it be addressed after our stay, but that was refused. Property management was very responsive up to this situation, but messages about the issue and then the subsequent inconvenience were unanswered. We had to look up the phone number for the company and ask for help after a day without response in the app.

Nov 26,2022The Waipouli Beach Resort has wonderful ocean views, a fantastic pool and landscaping. Our room was beautiful; clean and well equipped. The location in Kapa’a is very convenient for getting to both north and south shore areas.

There were a couple of hiccups with the place one the air conditioner consistently dripped water in the main living area, which was the main walk-through from the front door to the living area and kitchen and the refrigerator leaked water inside constantly and everything was wet all the time until we put a towel in there to absorb it, which we changed several times a day.

Nov 17,2022We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Waipouli Beach Resort through Kauai Exclusive Management. There is a very, very high chance that we will be staying here again. Communication was great in clarity, timing, and volume. We had a very minor issue with the safe in the room, and someone came within a few hours to fix the problem (would have been even earlier had we been available). The room was clean and very cozy with all of the materials we needed to cook meals, and everything worked appropriately.

Dec 18,2022We felt rooms a bit smaller than shown on rental website, honestly not a big deal as we had more than adequate space and being on ground floor just steps from the ocean was “perfect”. Note…All exterior patio screen doors need replacing throughout entire Unit - one actually fell part way off track but was easily put back on. And, no screens locked so we used AC every night instead of fresh ocean breeze. Every thing else was as expected, worked well, very clean, accessible, and good communication from Kauai Exclusive during booking process. We would recommend.
