Feb 26,2023Nice room with a good view... We found that cleanliness was lacking in several areas including the soaking tub and bathroom counter area. The tub had grime around the upper edges and the tub had black splotches (eyeliner?) in several places. The water heater is insufficient for the requirements; it couldn't supply enough water for one fill of the soaking tub. Found it strange that one toilet had a slow-closing lid and the other didn't; it was an interesting discovery at 3 am...... The several wastebaskets are rusty and should be replaced. They may have possibly been used as ice buckets down at the beach? It appears parking is at a premium and the entire facility could use more. The on-site restaurant is a bit too snooty for me; I understand limited seating space and such, they don't understand customer service. Believe it or not, we enjoyed ourselves and had a good time on the property in the pool, hot tub and spa area. The suite bed was comfortable, towels plentiful, and the showerhead was generous with water.

Feb 25,2023The Condo worked perfect for g to he three couples who stayed there. We didn’t end up using the 4th bedroom. The kitchen and living area were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach.

Feb 22,2023Comfortable, well-equipped condo with easy check-in. Good location, easily accessible to the beach, stores and restaurants. We appreciated the new towels and sheets as well as the pool/beach towels, plentiful hangers and the provided coffee! The condo had a musty smell, perhaps because the A/C wasn't up to par. The beds are on the firm side and the bathrooms are in need of upgrade. Overall we loved Kauai, the Poipu area, and had a wonderful stay.

Feb 22,2023The rooms were very clean, well taken care of and extremely spacious! Arrival and departure were simple and went smoothly. It was a nice and quiet stay. We loved the pool. You could offer for someone to come clean halfway through the stay even if it’s an additional charge. And you could add a few beach items to go with the rental. Ie:chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, boogie boards. We have stayed at a few places that offer that and it is so nice. We hope to come again soon! Thank you for an amazing stay! We definitely recommend it.

Feb 21,2023Great communication - send numerous messages as our upcoming vacation approached - offering to book excursions with us and just general information about the condo we rented. Responded quickly when we sent them messages as well. Condo was clean, although very dated.

Feb 20,2023We stayed in a rental property that was in transition from another Management company to Kauai exclusive management after the reservation was made. The original reservation was with the other company and Kauai exclusive management took over apparently due to the sale of the unit just days before occupancy. The transition was smooth and aided by direct communication with several folks at Kauai exclusive management. The transaction went very well, we enjoyed our stay, and Kauai Exclusive Management did well by us.

Feb 20,2023Website and communication were noteworthy from reserving rental unit thru time spent on the island. All contacts made were professional. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. An issue with some of the bedding was corrected, but should of never happened with proper housekeeping. Overall, a very enjoyable experience with Kauai Exclusive and the rental property and surrounding environment. Mahalo.

Feb 19,2023Was impressed with communication from Kauai Exclusive through entire rental process. Thorough explanations and instructions. They also were quick to provide a rice cooker (brand new) to the unit. They also offered "concierge" service (that we didn't need), but some would probably find useful. Overall a very organized and professional rental service. Would recommend to others.
