Oct 14,2022Large spacious condo with large covered lanai . Views to mountains and ocean. Watched the sunrise every day. Resort grounds are very nice and pool area is great for couples and families. Kitchen has not so great cooking tools and limited supplies. BBQ tools would have been helpful. Ceiling fan in living room was broken and light bulb on lanai was burned out. I would have given it 5 stars if not for these things.

Oct 13,2022The resort was excellent. We booked two excursions and both were very good. The Napali Sunset cruise with Blue Dolphin was a highlight. Great crew, relaxing sightseeing adventure with stunning views. The concierge was super responsive, informative and helpful with scheduling prior to our arrival.

Oct 07,2022Great location to explore the south coast and Waimea Canyon, and if you can do a tour of the Napali Coast with Makana Charters! Loved the lanai of this condo for morning coffee and afternoon Happy Hours! AC was great, and appreciated all of the beach gear provided. Kauai Exclusive Mgt was easy to work with and responded very quickly to our one small issue with the TV and all of our questions. Will definitely be back one day!

Oct 04,2022I have never experienced a more responsive management company this this. The condo we rented had several problems, filthy carpet, 2 plumbing issues, bugs and others. In each instance when I called they were extremely courteous and responsive. One phone call and it was resolved. They made what would have been a miserable experience into a wonderful one

Oct 01,2022World class condo! The minute you enter the condo is like stepping on a beach. The views just take your breath away and you’re in paradise. Condo is on the corner of the building, top floor, so you’re only sharing one wall and its very quiet. Do not settle for condos with partial or no ocean views. Every morning you naturally wake up before the sunrise due to time difference, and while everyone walks to the beach to watch the sunrise, you have private, front row seats to every sunrise from the patio all while laying on your very own reclining chair. Have yourself a cup of coffee and watch the waves and sun rays break through. Every room has a beachfront view. The beds are very comfortable and plush. Fully furnished condo with everything you need. Safeway is a 5 minute walk to grab any last minute groceries. The second you’re in the kitchen, you have every cooking utensil possible. Washer and dryer in the unit is also a plus. You don’t need to overpack, as you can easily wash everything you need. The condo will have detergent there. Additionally, closets are packed with available hangers. TV in every room and equipped with cable. Internet is blazing fast and no issues with connecting. Parking is very close to the building elevator which was great when you have to carry groceries, suitcases, or your beach gear. The layout of the condo is phenomenal, the two bedrooms are on each side of the condo with the kitchen and dining area in middle. The cleanliness was great. No corner was missed. Water pressure is strong if you’re into that. Every time we came back from our excursion, we felt home and happy. Every room is decorated beautifully. The A/C is quiet and blasts cold. Prime location in the entire island. You’re 20-35 min away from South or North Shore. There is a rental place next to the resort where you can rent beach umbrella, bikes, kayaks, and a cooler if you decide to wander out to other beaches. Plenty of lunch and breakfast spots in walking distance. Beautiful pool that does not smell like chlorine and even has a cute sand beach for kids with water slides. Was able to do some snorkeling at the beach and see some fish. The resort has beach chairs for everyone to use. Highly recommend for any couples or families looking for a cozy beachfront oasis to call home.

Sep 30,2022Their was a problem with the air and the water was coming out of the conditioner and the management company came out and for 3 days we had to empty the pan twice a day until it was repaired on Monday. Also the second day the remote came apart and it was hard to use it.

Sep 29,2022The stay was perfect just as we expected. The only issue we had was when we initially arrived; we did not have the information/codes to get into the room. I was told that I should have received an email with that information, but I could not find that I did. We were able to get the code from the owner and was able to get in. A replacement email was sent later. It would be helpful if the email contained a map of the resort with the location of the condo indicated. Other that that it was a great stay and we would do it again.

Sep 29,2022GREAT tropical vacation rental! Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Gourmet kitchen well stocked, as were all the bathrooms. The outdoor patio is wonderful for eating or relaxing. Beautiful resort swimming pool. Gym facilities were clean and well equipped for workouts. This was a perfect vacation and we will definitely stay here again.

Sep 24,2022This is a lovely condo with an amazing location in the resort. There really is never a reason to leave the lanai. The interior of the condo is very roomy and comfortable. My only comment would be that the kitchen could be stocked with a better/larger variety of pans and serving pieces. Also, the oven was not operational during my monthlong stay, so that was disappointing. The pool and beach experiences are relaxing and very comfortable. Waipouli is centrally located to the north and south shores so, except for the traffic at certain times, its physical location is very convenient. Kauai Exclusive Management was very responsive and helpful before and during my stay. I will certainly use them again and will look forward to staying in this condo again as well. Thank you for everything.

Oct 20,2022The whole experience from downloading the app to communicate to the host was easy and amazing. Way better than any VRBO and Airbnb experience in the past. Any issues they addressed it and fixed it immediately. For the price and experience I would hands-down book another trip through this company. They also went out of their Way to send a few items we forgot to pack and bring home with us. One of the things as a parent with a family of five was we did not have to do anything for check out! Stress free!
