Aug 07,2022We were staying 8 days with 2 kids (8,11) and the condo offered everything we needed. The agency was always responsive, informed us with everything needed in advance, took care of us during our stay. A lot of amenities (soap for dishes and washing, Kleenex, etc) has been provided as well as beach chairs, body boards, and other beach toys kids could use. The condo was very spacious, each bedroom has an own bathroom with walk-in wardrobe, a lot of drawers, very comfortable beds (really amazing). The air condition as well a the fans worked very well, there are also TVs in each room but as we didn’t use them we can’t say anything to that. Kitchen is big and offered everything needed. There is a beach in walking distance (10min) which offers great waves for kids. Also the pool next to the condo was appreciated by our kids for an evening swim. We had lovely days and enjoyed the location very much.

Aug 05,2022The condos are clean, well equipped with dishes, tableware, and working appliances. Centrally located - walking distance from great restaurants and shops in Hanalei. There are also great hiking trails nearby too.

Aug 04,2022We stayed in Dolphin Cottage #4 in Hanalei and had a great time. There were tiny black ants in the kitchen, so we had to stay vigilant with food/crumbs, but it wasn’t too bad. Location was great. We asked to use the outdoor shower one hour after checking out (the last beach trip with two kids took longer than expected), but the property manager said “absolutely not”, which seemed unnecessarily harsh.

Aug 03,2022Poor Property Management Company! The day before we arrived we were informed we were moved to a completely different unit in the PiliMai complex without any notification. The alternative unit was by no means equivalent and did not suit our family well. We spent hours researching units in this complex and picked a very specific unit based on the layout and the bed situation. Instead we got the exact opposite of what we wanted and had no choice but to accept the different unit if we wanted somewhere to stay the following day in Kauai. If we had been notified of this change sooner we could of looked for different accommodations. The management at Kauai Exclusive Management didn't seem to care about the change since very little compensation was provided after multiple attempts. This was very much a bait and switch! This is unfortunately a property management company I personally will stay very clear of in the future! Overall very disappointed in the whole situation.

Aug 03,2022This was a fantastic home base for our Kauai vacation. The unit is well kept up, and everything was clean. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise and morning coffee. The concierge was very responsive, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The shopping center across the street was also very handy for daily needs. The restaurant that is attached to the property was wonderful as well. The pool is perfect for kids of all ages complete with water slides, and sandy bottom hot tubs and kids area. The only drawback is that the beach is not really good for little ones. A lot of coral is present, witch makes it hard to swim.

Jul 25,2022What a great location! The condo is well set up and steps away from the beach and the pool. There are restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. We were able to travel easily to other locations around the island and then return to our quiet condo and enjoy the amazing views.

Jul 25,2022The apartment was lovely, clean, and HUGE. The management was responsive and brought extra beach towels quickly. It was nice to be able to do laundry as they only provided 2 towels for 2 people for a week. However, they did not give us any extra detergent or toiletries without a fee despite staying there for a week. The pool area was great and huge, but the lights next to the grill did not work and it meant that we could not grill in the evening even though it was before the area was closed. We would probably stay somewhere else, but mostly because we found other areas to be more interesting.

Jul 22,2022The condo was fantastic. It was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It’s located near beaches and hiking and an easy drive to Waimea Canyon. There is a garage for parking with plenty of beach gear. The condo has a nice pool, hot tub and exercise room. We are a family of six and it was perfect for us!

Jul 20,2022We started the process for two condo rentals over 2 years ago. They helped me estimate the size of units we'd need to accommodate our family of 15. Then COVID --and we couldn't go, nor could we the next year. They offered refunds or to hold our units, which we opted for. They delivered the clean luxury units and were instantly available to answer questions or requests via the app or email. I never had a question go unanswered! The Pili Mai in our case, was a beautifully maintained complex with a great pool and fitness area. The dryer in one unit had some rough edges and snagged a few of our clothing items. Probably nothing to do be done about this, if they were not informed, which they (Kauai Exclusive) have been now. I would definitely rent via them in the future!

It was clean, well stocked , perfect location Kauai exclusive management was great and responded to all our questions immediately. We forgot to bring our daughters medication and asked our doctor to ship it out to Kauai management office and they went above and beyond to ensure my medication were hand delivered to me .
