The entire process was really organized, proactive and easy, and the team was very responsive and accommodating. Darshan, their concierge, was SO nice and helpful, and made planning our outings and adventures so incredibly easy. We definitely stay with them again!!!

Aug 20,2022We had a great stay. The facility was in a great central location, close to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery directly across the street. The unit was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and provided a wonderful view. There was some construction underway on the other side of our building, with scaffolding set up that blocked some of the sidewalks, causing some detours, but not a major inconvenience. Glad to see they are proactive with maintaining the complex. No noise to speak of due to construction. The unit could use some barbecue tools which we discovered when we wanted to grill out. There are 4 very nice bbq grills available and we made due with what we had. Pool was beautiful, restaurant and bar were fantastic.

Aug 20,2022My husband and I, our teenagers, and my parents stayed at this condo for 10 days. It was clean, great location and well appointed with room for everyone. The loft area was perfect for the kids, as it allowed them to get away from us in their own space with a bed, desk and bathroom of their own. Main floor has 2 bedrooms and a bath for each. The kitchen nice, but the best part is the living room opens up completely to the lanai, as the wall long sliding door slides all the way into the wall. Beautiful view from the lanai where my parents could be found every minute we were not out and about. Beautiful sunrises, surfers galore and 2 beaches on either side of the property (one public, one private). Great location (check out Passion Bakery Cafe across the street!!) with restaurants, shops and a farmers market (fresh fruit!) on certain days just blocks away. Kapaa is about 25-40 minutes from everything north and south and so convenient (10 min) to the airport and Lihue where there's a Costco and Target. We had a wonderful time and were glad to call this property home for 10 days and will recommend to others.

Aug 20,2022We spent 10 days at Waikomo Stream. Our unit was spacious, airy, well funished, tastefully decorated, and had a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the feeling of privacy and calm, the garden-like foliage surrounding the units, and the laid-back vibe of the area. We felt the absence of airconditioning was an advantage - smelling the blossoms from the grounds was far better than being sealed up in AC. There were 3 standing fans and a ceiling fan to provide good circulation. The bed was as comfortable as ours at home - sleeping was great. The management team was VERY responsive to our questions and fix-it requests - literally within minutes. We chose Poipu because of its central location between the eastern and western sides of the island, which worked out very well for us - kayaking, hiking, and sea cave tours were all within a reasonable drive time. The beach was close by, down the street, which was great for sunsets, sunrises, and watching the sea turtles come and go. We had a great time here! Larry & Elaine

Aug 19,2022The Resort and condo were absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to shops and restaurants, bike the path and drive to local hiking and snorkeling spots. I only gave 4 stars because we had a challenge finding staff when needed and were disappointed that we were not informed that it was not advisable to bathe at the beach in front of the resort prior to our stay.

Aug 17,2022A wonderful experience! The room is clean and comfortable with attention to detail, such as little things like an electric kettle and even some stain remover. So appreciated. There is a beautiful view of the pool with the ocean beyond, and a little balcony for sitting right outside the bedroom. Service was quick and attentive, too. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautifully decorated and laid out so that all eleven of us felt like we had our own space but there were also spaces where we could all be together. It was spotlessly clean especially the glass doors that looked out over the beach below. And just a short walk took us to the elevator that carried us down to the beach. Our concierge helped with several activities all of which were enjoyed by everyone. Could not have been better!

Aug 17,2022We had the most amazing time in Kauai, our stay at Pili Mai was perfect! We will definitely be back for another stay in the near future. We had 6 people and had more than enough room. Our unit was very clean and new with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, large kitchen. 5 minute drive to the beach and dining.

Aug 15,2022Location was perfect for visiting the entire island Condo was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The only drawback to this vacation rental was the 15 stairs to enter. I believed we would be on the ground level.

Aug 09,2022Nice place and a lovely neighborhood. Amenities were sparse. Dish serving for four, only. No extra blanket for watching tv on the couch. Every pot and pan in the kitchen had old caked-on food that had to be soaked and washed prior to using. Last weeks dirty laundry sat on our front door step the entire time. The company failed to tell us the house across the street was under construction. That started at 7;30 every morning and and ended about 9 hours later. Like I say, nice place. Would go back but there were too many strikes on this one.
