My phone enquiry was treated promptly and with kindness, nothing was too much and I wasn't made to feel that I was making a fuss about nothing. My question about a non payment proved to be founded and it was dealt with immediately with no fuss. The young lady I was speaking to could not have been more helpful and put me at ease straight away.

The whole team at the Kennel Club Insurance office is great - I have had to call in a few times and each time I received fabulous service from both the Sales & Renewals teams. The latest call with Robert on Renewals was really efficient - Robert immediately solved my issue and was very helpful. Thanks again to you and the team!

We had a nightmare with paper work as me and my dad bought a pup each and the breeder mixed our detail . I called and all was sorted no problem very happy with the service and the call handler was lovely

Spoke with a lovely lady who checked my policy details for me and explained the cover I had and the process for making a claim. Each claim will be individually assessed. Talked me through finding my policies on line. Very gappy customer

I'm still waiting for an update after the 5 days advertised response time. The assessor has focused on a temporary raised liver level blood test reading due to a tooth infection (this is quite normal apparently), rather than looking at this as a claim for a tooth infection, antibiotics, blood tests x 2 and subsequent tooth removal. The assessor has in fact titled the claim 'Liver abnormal finding'. I submitted a further claim for the tooth removal as it wasn't clear how to add to same claim, and asked for this to be added to the original claim - this hasn't been done or acknowledged. My claim (the first part) says it's now been settled, but I've received no message advising this and no payment has been received. I only found this information out after logging into my account. The whole process seems very AI, no personal human touch.

Spoke to Robert Woodcock and he was amazing. Really helpful and understanding. It was so refreshing to talk to an actual human being with empathy, rather than just someone being impersonal and sticking to a script. The service I received made me really glad I chose Kennel Club. Respond very quickly to claims and helpful on the phone. There is cheaper pet insurance but not better than these.

Poor vet hasn’t been paid since June Chased and chased to see why they ‘missed ‘ the 700 claim submitted Oh we will resend to the correct area and call you back and radio silence again Terrible customer service … looks like I will have to settle with the vets and maybe one day the KC will reimburse me …
