The customer service from Shane was excellent. I was very impressed with his professionalism and understanding.
Advisor Zoya was extremely helpful and was very patient. She told me how to make an online claim, upload photos and wasn't at all judgemental about the lack of my digital skills. This was fantastic as my pet has a lifelong health condition and I'll have to make ongoing claims. Zoya told me to call back if I needed any more help. Previous claims have always been dealt with very quickly and efficiently - brilliant insurer, would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service reps who really do a good job
Very helpful and good communication throughout setting up the policy, and we were so pleased to have our claim settled so quickly without any issues. The online claim system is quick and simple to use.

I spoke with Nausheen who was absolutely brilliant. I didn't have the correct policy number but only the one from the free puppy insurance. Nausheen found my correct policy number and took me through how to get the upfront authority for dental work on the Agria policy. She is a great credit to your service. Perhaps should run the country and we might be better!
I cannot fault the KC insurance staff. Jen, Jennifer and Shane went above and beyond to assist me with an issue which wasn't their fault. Highly recommend them. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable and personable ... thank you π
