Dec 05,2023Purchased a Keplin Oil Filled Radiator, Portable Electric Heater with 24 hours timer 2500w 11 fin and 3 power settings, Thermostat with adjustable temperature with Thermal safety cut off. Low energy. Cost £49.99. Received on the 14th December 2022. This heater was used Dec 2022/ Jan/Feb/Mar 2023. On 1st Dec 2023 stopped working. So only got 4 months use out of this heater. Contacted Keplin who stated they do not supply any guarantee with the heater!! Would not rate it any stars at all.

Sep 14,2023I ordered 2 mats. I received only 1. I have tried to contact the seller through Amazon on multiple occasions to rectify this - to no response. I have given the company a chance to rectify the situation before submitting the review. But now furious as keplin has my money but has not provided the product. SCAM. Terrible business that will not fix their errors. DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller.

The chairs were of good quality and i would highly recommend buying from this place. Their customer service is also very good. Upon asking questions about the product and process, they were very good in guiding me thoroughly.

I've had a few correspondence with a couple of the girls, Prabhleen and Atharva who have been extremely helpful, great customer service. I had to pay for the return post, which I understand. May 31,2023The worst manner and behaviour I have ever seen from a company, they had no respect or anything as such towards people they want to hire. Went there for an interview and in the middle of interview they interrupted by saying i’m not qualified for the job and treated me with disrespect like i didn’t took the time to travel to their office. (although they had my CV before interview and i’m sure reviewed it couple times before) they didn’t respect me enough to send rejection email later instead of telling me off in the middle of interview. I felt so bad and disrespected that i had to leave immediately and I’m happy that I didn’t get to work with such a people.

May 08,2023I ordered a set of chairs, was invoiced for two chairs, but only one was delivered. Rather than live up to their advertising I've been asked to go to incredible inconvenience to return the chair. I don't trust the company to refund me if I send the chair back because of the invoice for two, can't help but feel they are conning me. There are other reviews where only one chair was delivered, so I'm guessing it's common practice for this company. I have screen shots of the advertising, what I ordered and their invoice.

Jun 17,2022Hi, Bought a Floral Parasol Base via Amazon, when trying to assemble the item i found that the wrong bolt had been supplied (M12 instead of M10) so had to travel to purchase a correct bolt the following day (Pack costing a further £8.30). Obviously NO QUALITY CONTROL so beware
