I purchased the Keter Darwin 4 x 4 shed.I found the overall construction to be really nice with a wood effect on the externals. Seems to be completely water tight and well made. The only issue I had was two of the door plastic edges were cracked but this could easily happen on any product. After contacting customer support via the email system on their main site, they were very prompt at getting back to me and resolving the issue. You really could not ask for more. As a result I would highly recommend Keter, can't speak for all the products but the Darwin 4x4 Shed that I have ticks all the boxes and customer support was second to none 10/10.
Keter was amazing ,I purchased an ex showroom one never payed much after dismantling it and then trying to put it back together we found the roof wouldn't go on, as it seemed to have bowed .Contacted Keter and was willing to pay for the spare parts needed, but sent them free and in no time at all .Thank you Keter first class service
Our keter shed is exactly what we wanted. Easy instructions to build - built by me and my husband. Parts are not heavy but very solid and sturdy shed when built. Bonus is never needs pained. I would recommend a keter product to anyone that’s thinking about buying a shed or any other keter product. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff with first class customer service. 5 🌟 recommendation from us.
In de uitverkoop een keter xl garagekast gekocht . Enkele weken later pas in elkaar gezet en toen bleek dat er veel onderdelen kapot waren of ontbraken. Keter heeft gratis de onderdelen nagestuurd , helemaal top!!!
Door on my Keter store It Out Arc broke.I contacted Keter customer service, Mylena was brilliant sent me assemble information so i could get the part number for door. Customer service at Keter are second to none other companies should take a leaf out of their book.

The Keter team have been amazing. They answered my call quickly and efficiently. Although there was a slight hiccup due to email details (easily done) I was able to simply pick up where I left off and Dana Avivi was able to put my mind at rest by ordering some missing parts that I hadn't noticed were not there previously. She made the whole process easy and reassuring. I was kept well informed of the progress and am looking forward to putting my product together which I thought was going to be a huge issue. Les abris de jardin Keter ne prévoient aucune solution pour la récupération d'eau de pluie. Il est impossible de fixer une gouttière que l'abri en résine. La marque contactée n'a aucune solution de contournement. C'est incompréhensible.
Bei der Keter Gerätebau grand store ist der Deckel gebrochen. Habe es beim Kundendienst reklamiert. Die Kollegen waren nett und hilfsbereit. Da lebenslange Garantie besteht, sollte ich kostlos einen neuen Deckel bekommen. Das ist jetzt schon mehrere Monate her. Bisher kein Teil angekommen. Man redet sich jetzt heraus, das Teil wäre momentan nicht lieferbar. Inzwischen antwortet man mir gar nicht mehr. So lange Lieferzeit ist mehr wie ungewöhnlich. Zumal ich den Deckel gegen Bezahlung bei einer Servicefirma beziehen könnte. D.h. man verspricht lebenslange Garantie. Aber die Teile bekommt man nur nie. Was ist das für eine Firmenpolitik?
One of the telescopic hinges broke on my Ketter storage box, so I rang Ketter customer service, at first we got off on the wrong foot as the lady I spoke to told me they do not sell spare parts which got my back up a bit !! but needn’t have worried as she explained I needed to fill out a report form which she talked me through and send some photos of the broken hinge, which I duly did, and low and behold 4 days later I received a very large package which contained a pair of new hinges plus every other hinge, clasp, chain, nuts and bolts needed for a complete refurbishment of my bin, and all at no cost to myself, I was absolutely gob smacked !! I have never had customer service like this in all my 72 years. I can’t rate Ketter highly enough and would recommend to all. Thank you so much. Jeff.
I have an old Keter storage box which suffered a broken hinge making it impossible to close the lid properly. I was already resigned to some form of expensive replacement when I contacted Keter Customer Service, with relevant photos, to see what could be done. The CS rep led me through their website to find the right make and model of my unit and then offered to supply me with 2 new hinges at no cost. The new hinges arrived today and I have now replaced the broken item. In summary I was "gobsmacked" by Keter's response and help with this issue. I didn't think customer service like that was still possible in this day and age!! Many thanks to Hila for her help and support.
The customer service I personally received really was second to none. Mylena went out of her way to fix something that wasn’t Keter’s fault and I am very grateful to her and the rest of the customer service team. Earned more than 5 stars in my book
I clumsily smashed the door stop of the Keter Newton shed that I purchased over 2 yrs ago by forgetting to raise the cutting deck of my mower before parking it. I contacted Keter with the intention of purchasing a new one. I got a quick reply from Dana to say that they don't sell the parts, but could I send proof of purchase date and she would see what could be done. Before I had chance to locate my receipt, I got another email confirming that the part had been ordered and would be dispatched ASAP and was to be treated as a goodwill gesture. I am blown away by the service I received. It happens too little these days and it is refreshing that a company of this size can still provide quality customer service when others fail so miserably Thank you Dana, thank you Keter.
My box catch has been replaced and is much better that the 3rd party items available elsewhere. The support received Mylena was excellent.

I have owned several products from Keter over many years and all have stood the test of time and weather! I purchased a 6 x 4 shed for my elderly mother best part of 12 years ago which she uses to house her mobility scooter. The shed has kept her scooter safe, secure and dry throughout this time but sadly the floor has not faired as well due solely to the weight of the scooter creating a number of cracks in the floor. I contacted Keter customer services with a view to purchasing a new floor but unfortunately they only supply parts under warranty. That said after the explaining the unique circumstances to them regarding my mothers health (physical and mental) they very kindly agreed to send me a new floor as a gesture of goodwill. I am truly grateful for their assistance and will continue to purchase their products not specifically because of this gesture but because their sheds are in my opinion excellent quality and provided you look after them will last for years.

Good products, they are storing toys in a school playground, withstanding the abuse they recieve very well. Had an issue with the lastest shed we bought but customer service was outstanding and resovled the issue extremely quickly.
