Shed is really nice and is of great quality, i did have a slight issue with one of the doors but it was swiftly resolved, thank you for your help with this, will be looking at placing another order soon

We bought a Keter Cortina 9x7 shed and it is perhaps the best shed I ever purchased. My wife and I (both in our 70s) and a friend put it together in about 10-15 hours, looks beautiful and the absolute best instruction manual ever created!
Purchased a 6x6 shed. During construction noticed a small hole punched in a roof section. Contacted Keter and upon providing a photo and part number a replacement was received within 3 days wihout issue. Excellent after sales service. Remainder of shed assembled without any problems.

I’ve got 5 keter sheds of various types and sizes in the garden area, Recently a door hinge fractured on my 8x6 , Keter have been brilliant in assisting me source and replacing the part I needed. They have previously helped with replacing the large plastic screws for holding the sheds together, Fantastic after sales service even though my sheds are getting old now I’m still able to get parts.
Apenas año y medio despues de tener la caseta Artisan(resina), se a comenzado a agrietar en las esquinas. La respuesta de Keter es que no hay stock de repuesto. No obstante aunque lo hubiera, tener que desmontar toda la caseta para llegar a las piezas dañadas implicaría , ya no el trabajo de desmontar, sino que tengo serias dudas de que se pueda a montar de nuevo con garantías, ya que los paneles están ahora agujereados con los orificios realizados por la tornillería al montar. Quitar y colocar nuevamente tornillos no va a darle la firmeza inicial. En resumen, ni garantía, ni calidad , ni atención comercial. Un despropósito que no compensa la supuesta "CALIDAD" que publicitan al precio al que se venden. Respuesta a su contestación de fecha 22-10-2024. El caso, como ustedes lo llaman, es el "Case 01212908". Dicho caso o expediente, no ha sido contestado en los varios correos que les he enviado. Casualmente, esos correos han sido dirigidos a Keter Iberia, que si no me equivoco, es el mismo que me ha respondido, así que tengo la impresión que están ustedes tratando de marearme. Acudiré a consumo, no me dejan más opciones.
Dreadful service! Like many, many other customers, part missing! Waited over 5 weeks already!! Apparently part is still on back order with no estimated date.....I don't care! This is a common part- take some responsibility for YOUR error and open another shed box and take it from there to send me that one (you can replace yours when it comes back in stock). Like many others, I'm currently suffering for Keter's error. Wouldn't mind, I've managed to live with other damaged parts to save returning- thought I was being helpful. Never again!!!!
I had to contact Keter for replacement parts on my Manor shed, I made the enquiry on Sunday via email and had a response the following day. Mylena was vey helpful with my issue and got it resolved very quickly, I am very impressed with the customer service I received. 5 star service!! Thank you Mylena!

My first revue was as follows :- Will not replace warranty parts.My shed roof split and is letting in water rendering the shed useless. Keter conceeded that the parts were covered by warranty. I then received a email that the parts are not in stock despite the fact they are still selling the same shed. Despite many emails over 5 months which have been ignored I still have a useless shed. This company treats its customers with utter contempt. Following on from my first revue in which I only gave 1 star I was contacted by UK customer support who arranged for an immediate replacement which has now arrived three days later. This is why I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Had I not had to complain it would have been 5 stars.
El producto es tal y como me lo esperaba pero no lo suben a casa tal y como anuncian en su publicidad. Tuve que contratar un ayudante para que me lo subiera del portal a la calle. Después de pagar 50 e por el envío no me parece lógico que no lo suban a casa
We ordered a Keter shed long before we needed it, unfortunately, when it came to erecting it, there was a part missing although we had to wait quite a time for this part, we were kept informed at every step by Debra and the part is on its way. Thank you Debra for all your hard work, it is much appreciated. Would definitely order from this company again.

I recently purchased a 6x8 Keter resin shed to replace an old wooden shed which had seen better days. When the box was opened we discovered the perspex window was cracked. I contacted Keter and they kindly agreed to send a replacement. The part was dispatched the next day.
Purchases a shed 2 weeks ago, we had arranged someone to come and fit the shed and had to cancel last minute as the shed was never delivered the day it was supposed to be and had no communication to tell us it was not coming. I have rung keter and XPO (the courier service) multiple times to get updates for only them to leave me on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. WHY are you still using XPO as a courier when they have such awful reviews.

Oct 25,2024Back in July 2024, we ordered and eventually had delivered (3 weeks later) a new 7x7 Keter Signature Edition shed in Ashwood. The shed appearance is great, cannot fault. The fit is questionable in some areas but the doors were simply not cut to size correctly, being 1 cm too short for the metal frames. The customer services has been polite, but completely ineffectual, no-one able to confirm when parts will be available let alone when the situation will be resolved. I've tried to contact COSTCO who this was purchased through, they too just constantly ask questions, but never resolve. We're nearly 3 months down the line, with no resolution in site. My honest opinion - please do not buy this product as the support in non existent, either from Keter or Costco
