We purchased a garden storage box (a 'store it out midi' 880L) . It was fairly flimsy, but we'd seen them assembled outside Homebase so knew what to expect, and it was a good price. 6 months later, a gust of wind caused the lid to snap off. Unfortunately, when I contacted Keter to ask about buying a replacement lid, I was told "we do not sell spare parts". It's shocking to think of the amount of bulky plastic being sent to landfill because Keter would rather sell you a complete new box than just the part you need. UPDATE: After leaving a negative Trustpilot review, Keter customer services phoned me to offer a complimentary replacement box. This arrived quickly and is much appreciated. I hope that some day, they do open a spare parts portal. It's such an obvious thing to back up their 'sustainability pledge', and I'd be much more inclined to buy Keter products again knowing that spare parts were available.
My storage box suffered at the hands of Storm Darragh. Conditions were exceptional - no fault of the product. Brilliant service to provide a replacement part within a day. Chris M.
I had a damaged lid to a large garden box and Keter quickly agreed to send me a replacement which is a large thing to post at no charge. Very grateful amazing customer service!!!!
I have bought two Keter Premier sheds, one this year and the other last year. I am very happy with them both. I had a couple of problems with two small parts, my fault! ☹️ All the after care service were excellent and followed it through to a satisfactory conclusion. Especially Evan and Tamara. Don’t waste your money! Been left waiting months for a replacement door! (July) If you buy one of these sheds and a part is damaged you have zero chance of getting parts.

Bought a Grand Store for my three wheelie bins a few months back for £350. Have another Keter product and like the quality. Unfortunately a gale blew the lid up and ripped it from its hinges - not Keter's fault. It required 2 plastic roof panels to repair it. Customer services very helpful but the fact is that the firm simply do not have a system for ordering all spare parts. I was asked to contact them another time on the off-chance they might have some... I am now left with no choice but to claim on my household insurance which, fortunately, I have and then pay the £100 excess before claiming for a whole new unit. Then I will assemble the new roof before throwing the rest of it away. Ridiculous. Despite Keter making quality products I could not recommend them purely on the strength of their TOTALLY inadequate spares ordering system. Very disappointed.

Keter have been very kind to me. They have provided me parts, free of cost, that broke off due to a fox in my garden for a product that was out of warranty. Dana was extremely helpful throughout the process.
Where do I start! Bought £1400 shed in September and found a missing part, contacted customer services and was told the part was on back order and they had no idea when it could be replaced. They said I could disassemble the whole shed and send it back to the retailer 😀😀😀. Flimsy build quality and nightmare instructions,made building it too a chore. Three months and no contact and to be honest, don't expect them to bother. I do wish I had purchased a proper wooden shed instead. Stay clear 😠😠

The hydraulic piston mechanism on the lid of my 'KETER Store it out Max' unit had failed, but after speaking with Evan in Customer Services, he kindly agreed to send me a replacement set free of charge. These were delivered and fitted 2 days later, and its working as new. Many thanks to all at KETER for this prompt and efficient service.

Our hinges had failed on our storage box and Hila replaced them for us very quickly. We were very impressed with all aspects of this company.
I ordered a Keter shed which in itself is a great item and in the main went together really easily. One part however was damaged and so I needed to secure a replacement. the team at Keter were amazing, a short exchange of some e-mails and the provision of a few photos of my shed and a new item was on its way to me, no quibble and no hassle. I am blown over by how easy this was to do and cannot recommend this company and their products highly enough.
Over the years, I have purchased a number of items from Keter and been very pleased with them. My last purchase was an "Oakland 7515 shed". I waited nearly a year to erect it, as I didn't have the base done until recently. Whilst erecting it I realised I had some brackets missing. A quick call to customer services, had the brackets here within a couple of days, no quibble. Excellent customer services!
I recently bought a Keter item, and there were a few small issues with parts. I contacted Keter direct who were brilliant at sorting the issue out. The lady l spoke to was polite, and friendly. Nothing too much trouble, after only a couple of days the new parts were with me. Keter looking after their customers, well done to all, especially Dana Avivi. Thank you.
I contacted Keter because the hinges had failed and were not holding the lid up anymore. It was out of warranty so I was expecting to pay for them however, after great communication with Dana. She kindly arranged to send me a set FOC. Excellent service.

Dec 12,2024Servicio de entregas nefasto no lo siguiente, pone que se sube al domicilio pues bien la empresa de reparto ha intentado entregar 2 veces una caseta que hay que subirla 2 pisos sin ascensor y que pesa 120kgs con un repartidor solamente, por supuesto la entrega y la subida han sido imposibles aún avisando y dando la información con antelación las 2 veces de que había que subirla como dice en la web que hay que hacer y con autorización de Keter a la empresa de transportes de hacerlo, la primera vez aún podría tener un pase por despiste o lo que sea, pero que a los 2 días me hagan exactamente lo mismo ya es una tomadura de pelo en toda regla mala fe y hacer perder el tiempo a la gente, si pretendéis que os lo suban a una terraza piso casa o lo que sea que no sea a pie de calle mejor buscaros otra alternativa o marca porque con Keter y la empresa de transportes que utilizan lo lleváis claro...voy a dar una última oportunidad de entrega por aquello de que a la tercera va la vencida, pero si no hay suerte ya lo dejo por imposible pido la devolución del dinero y se vuelve la caseta para keter y ya buscaré otra opción o empresa más seria que no haga perder el tiempo a los clientes y pondre sendas denuncias a la OCU y FACUA por anunciar publicidad engañosa porque de momento es lo que parece ser... Pd. La caseta comprada a Keter iberia directamente en la web y la empresa de transporte transaher.(ES_060044115)
