The team at keter were helpful with my queries regarding my storage box I purchased from them as there was a fault and I never done anything until recently which is my fault but apart from that my query was handled well
After a harrowing experience with WICKS to find out if they could help me with missing parts from my Keter shed, they were not interested and even when i quoted the 5 year consurmer rights. KETER stepped in and sorted the missing parts out and at no charge . great service.
Ordered a keter shed via B&Q website. Turned up promptly and easy delivery. I had been sent a part in error, so couldnt build the shed (was a side panel) had to cntact Keter direct rather than back to B&Q but was easy to get hold of someone, and new part sent out very quickly. So apart from the inconvenience it was all sorted very quickly

Needed replacement hinges for max box. Out of warranty but after sending pictures of broken parts they sent 2 hinges as a good will gesture. Originally enquired about purchasing parts but they don't offer that so was pleased with their help.
11/Oct Update The item still hasn't been collected. The responses to reviews from Keter are just a smoke screen. Their incompetence continues. Ref : 01164879 It is nearly 4 weeks since a returned item was supposed to be picked up. The level of incompetence is breathtaking and how this organisation manages to trade is beyond me. I have had numerous emails with the Escalation team all to no avail. Seems there is a disconnect between customer services and those arranging couriers to pick up items!
I’m satisfied with the product which was delivered on time and in full and assembled with no great difficulty. I then wanted two extra bid lid clips. That became a bit of a mission because of semi automated email responses and an *appalling* (international to US???) customer service phone line which made coherent discussion impossible. That said, after 3 more emails my spares are said to be on their way by post free of charge …We shall see.
Don’t buy!! Numerous faulty parts and we are waiting nearly a YEAR and keter just pretend the parts are “still not in stock” whilst continue to sell the items!! wouldn’t refund! Scammers!
Worst company ever stay away my lid was damage so they said they’ve sent another which I never recieved they have stopped replying to my emails ,I’ve asked for proof of the 2nd delivery they sent me the proof of the 1st which I didn’t as for
The fact that I still don't have a shed that is as described by the internet and we are 4 months on... I think that tells you everything you need to know. I ordered this shed and it arrived. The door handle holes weren't drilled by the same machine (photos taken) meaning that the handles are wonky 😂🤦🏻♀️ I contacted Keter as their warranty seemed really good. I waited months for a reply. They then said they would deliver a whole new shed. I thought this seemed incredibly wasteful, so just asked for the new doors instead. They said they couldn't do that and that they would deliver the whole shed. I asked how I'm meant to build a whole new shed with a newborn baby... Anyway, months passed as they were silent on that and then they gave me a delivery date of the 3rd of October. Great (but not great as I shouldn't have to build a whole new shed) I was contacted this morning to say that there was no delivery, just collection of the old shed... Where am I meant to put all my stuff while you take away the old one? I thought it was just the doors that were being swapped?! Customer service is non existent and I've given up and raised a dispute with Barclaycard as this is just an absolute joke.

I'm still out of pocket £1,400 after nearly 2 months, have no shed and a ruined lawn. I ordered a self-assembly shed via CostCo from Keter on 3 Aug, paying £1,399.99 in advance. The terms were that the shed would be delivered within 2 weeks. When the couriers arrived they did not speak any English, supplied no paperwork and failed to deliver one of the three packages from which the flat-pack is comprised. I contacted CostCo immediately but 4 weeks after ordering I was still without the missing package. However, I received an email from CostCo saying that as the problem had been resolved and they were closing the case. At this point I infomed CostCo that I wished to cancel, and would they please arrange for the prompt removal of the packages (which were beginning to lose shape). This occurred on 17 Sept, but as of today, 1 October, I still haven't received a refund and am still out of pocket to the tune of £1,400. I found Keter's own Customer Care very difficult to contact. Storing the extremely large and useless packages turned my garden into an eyesore and has damaged my lawn.
Contacted Keter Customer Care on Saturday, and received a response the next working day. Dana replied to each of my emails quickly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my damaged shed. Thank you :)
I had an issue with one of my garden chairs which I bought roughly four years ago so I sent an email to Keter and the assistant Dani and I we managed to get it sorted they sent me free of charge new arms for my garden chairs which I thought was very nice and kind of them. Well Done Keter and Dani. Thank you
Awful customer service, sounds like the same problem for a lot of people. I bought their max store it out shed in grey from Argos. The top of it was warped, so I contacted Keter to replace the roof so we didn't have to send the whole thing back. Once I eventually got through on the phone, they started a "case" to help, despite following up, I received some automated emails about closing the "case". I emailed back twice to no avail, then called again and they said they would order the part, then closed the case with another automated email saying it was resolved. 6 weeks later I call them to see if there's any follow up with the item, they tell me it's on back order, they have no idea when it will be in, again without any follow up. The warped roof actually blew off in the rain, so the whole thing is going back under the Argos warranty. Honestly I think we would never have heard back, so either don't order Keter goods, or make sure you get replacements/refunds within the warranty. Edit: It goes from bad to worse. I received a follow up from customer service after this review. After forwarding all of the information and email chain, I didn't receive a response, and then received a public reply on Trustpilot instructing me to get in touch with the email address I had already sent the information to.
