What an amazing service team, I cannot reccomend the quality of their service team enough, it was like the good old days when the customer was of importance, so very rare these days. The faulty struts on my storage bin were replaced F.O.C. within 2 days of my initial call to their office, they could not have been more helpful. Christopher

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. There customer service is great and very efficient. We've had their products (two storage benches) for many year and they are still going strong.

What a fantastic customer care team. I emailed on Saturday the issue I had with several components on my Keter premier XL storage, and first thing Monday morning I had a reply from Dana Avivi to let me know that they were replacing my parts F.O.C. I am so grateful for the attention given to me and it has reminded me of proper customer service from times gone by. I certainly wouldn't hesitate recommending KETER to friends in any future purchases. Many thanks!

What a fantastic Customer service/After sales care team. I had an issue that they were able to sort within minutes. If only other companies after sales team were as professional, curtious and helpful as the Keter UK team.

Absolutely fantastic service I had 3 seats broken I emailed them and there service was unbelievable they emailed me I took a few pictures of the broken ones and with 4 days they replaced them.Free of charge, I was. Fantastic customer service. 10/10.

Thanks to Avital , I have received part to fix my Grande bike box/shed . It was not looking good for a while but with his patiente , Part was sent to me free of charge as goodwill gesture . I am very happy I can keep my bike safe again.

The product I ordered arrived but on examination there were several issues. I give a five-star review not for the product but for the post-purchase attention I received. We all accept that sometimes there are failures in production methods but it is the remedy by the Customer Services teams that determines the view consumers have of the supplier. I am grateful for the help and remedial action Keter staff took.

I bought a Keter storage box to put my waste bins into in 2022. I put the chains and clips somewhere safe to fit at a later date, so 2 years later i went to fit them but realised I'd lost them . I phoned Keter UK to ask if I could buy the items but instead of them charging me for something that was clearly my own fault they kindly send me the items free of charge . big thanks to Avital at Keter UK brilliant customer service really impressive .

Onze tuinkoffer werd eerder geleverd en nu was de linker telescoopveer van de deksel gebroken. Een e-mail verzonden naar Keter en gevraagd om tegen kosten nieuwe onderdelen hiervoor te leveren. Binnen 2 dagen bericht dat kosteloos er een set van alle sluitonderdelen naar mij was verzonden. Dat is super service

Keter have been amazing - I have a Keter product and required a new part for it - they sent me the instructions for the product which showed exactly what I needed - sent it out to me and now it’s like new - the communication was excellent throughout- thank you so much Keter customer service

Very quick customer service response to my query about purchasing parts for a seized up storage box hinge, and very kindly offered to send a replacement foc within a day of me sending full details.

Keter shed Case 01139819. I have a premier shed and the door hinges have broken. I reported it to keter as the product is under warranty. In May. I have since contacted keter on 2 other occasions with the same answer.' Your parts are manufactured in another plant' but they are still selling the complete shed so they have a stock of the required parts. So why are you keeping me waiting? Now my storage box lock has broken is that going to be another 6-12months for that part. If i knew about this side of keter i would not bother. Its alright having a clean fresh look but give me a wooden shed. And they dont give you a refund or compensation just the waiting game. Just an update:- After this review Keter Escalations team contacted me. They offer a new shed for me to take the parts from but i dont have any storage and they refuse to collect wet packaging. So after a few days they found the parts email 23.9.24. Parts will be dispatched 5-7 days. Its now 14days later no parts and still waiting for a solution.

Having had a number of poor interactions with Keter customer services I unfortunately cannot recommend the company or their products. The storage box I had purchased from Homebase failed after 7 months because the locking mechanism had broken. Homebase refused to refund me because the warranty had expired and referred me to Keter who refused to assist because they no longer make the product. I tried to complain to both companies to no avail. Keter have responded by sending me a link to identify the broken part except the guide had been deleted because the product is no longer manufactured. I can only express like clearly many others how very disappointing this experience has been.

The sheer amounts of reviews regarding delivery is laughable. How this company still exists and stands I will never know. Ordered a shed from Costco 14 days ago!!! Heard nothing even with a scheduled delivery of WITHIN 10 days!!! Told all week the courier will be in touch, Costco blame keter, keter blame the courier!!! Took £1500 of my money and gave me nothing in return. I guess legal action is my only option now! Rude, Costco and keter! WHILST I APPRECIATE TRUSTPILOT UNFORTUNATELY BEING THE EASIEST WAY TO OBTAIN A REPLY MORE PROMPTLY, Your reply is utter trash. You as a company REFUSE TO give me an eta. Your reply is merely to 'save face' on a public platform. I have emails stating you will not give an ETA!!!!! I HAVE NOW EMAILED THIS EVENING AFTER YOUR TRUSTPILOT REPLY TO NOTIFY KETER AND COSTCO THAT I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS FOR BREACHING THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015. FAILURE TO DELIVER WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME and after the agreed deadline is a breach of the consumer rights act!!!!!! As a company you should not be allowed to trade. Taking people's large amounts of money and FAILING TO DELIVER.

Keter Plastic Case # 01217993: Case no. 01128382 I am extremely disappointed to still be waiting on replacement door parts to fix a faulty door. Issue was first raised in March 2024 and I am yet to receive the door parts and the month is now September 2024. I would like this resolving asap. Winter is approaching and what use is a shed without a door. One it’s a security risk and two a missing door does not serve as a useful shed to protect contents from the elements. Prospective buyers please read the reviews as Keter are good at providing materials for new sheds and parts but lack stock to support existing customers with replacement parts. Very poor experience!

Dear Keter, I have tried for the past 4 months to get a response about the Keter Store It Out Max Grey 1200L Pent Garden storage 1250mm 1455mm I purchased from B&Q. The doors have broken off on both sides and I would like a replacement please. Your website contact page does not load, I have emailed and cannot find a telephone number anywhere. Please can you help. The bin store costs so much and is no use without doors for me. Update 16/09 I have emailed again. Hopefully you will pick my email up this time. 🙏

Ordered a Keter Cortina mega from Costco UK. It duly arrived, but there were 2 pieces missing. I was able to complete the build and I contacted Keter customer service to explain the problem, and stated that it would be easy for me to retrofit the missing parts. . I received a very prompt reply to say that the missing parts had been shipped to me and would arrive in a couple of days. As promised the parts arrived 2 days later. I believe the true measure of a company's customer service is how they react when you encounter a problem. In this case I can honestly say that Keter's respone was excellent, with great communication and prompt action. I would definitely recommend this company.
