Ho Acquistato una casetta Keter Darwin 6 x 6 presso Baumarkteu Germania, molti pezzi sono storti e ho avuto enormi problemi nell'assemblaggio ho dovuto usare un fono da carrozziere perchè altrimenti non sarebbe stato possibile. Ho avuto l´impressione che fosse una seconda scelta. La ditta Baumarkteu ci è venuta un po incontro ma comunque non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Peccato!!!

What a lovely company! And Avital Waintrov was an absolute delight to deal with. I love my Keter shed ....and I love it even more now. Well done Keter! Great service!

UPDATE: They still claim to not have the parts. Don't buy these sheds because you will never be able to use them, and the company clearly has the parts in stock but cannot fulfil replacement requests for reasons unclear. They've taken soo long as well that its now impossible to return for a refund meaning I've paid for nothing. case 01232556 Over 6 months on and they’ve still not bothered to send the replacement parts. Excuse normally being that they claim never to have the ones require, despite the fact the shed itself has never gone out of stock throughout this process and they’ve continued to sell it to clearly do have the parts. The few parts that were sent arrived completely trashed and had no packaging. When I asked about the rest I was continually ignored. Complaint continues to be unresolved. This is not an isolated incident- so many other people have also been ripped off being sold sheds that they’ve never been able to use and a parts warranty that’s worthless because they don’t actually send you the parts and just ignore your emails.

Our keter shed is just over one year old, their warranty doesn’t cover storm damage however after the recent one left our shed scattered all over the garden I find this unacceptable, to my mind it can’t have been erected properly by the company they use, our wheelie bins stayed erect but not the shed ! we are in our late 70’s and have this mess to sort out now

Absolutely devastating to see a £1500 shed just absolutely fall apart. The corners were brittle and could see daylight, the roof bowed and popped off from the screws quite a few times. Now it's lay in ruins. Edit: The shed was purchased September 2022. Today it fell apart 24/2/25. 10 Year guarantee

** update** - I have revised my review as the escalation team stepped in and provided me with a resolution, this was much appreciated. My new unit got damaged during a storm and I needed a small replacement plastic part that supported the door - despite several emails over a 9 month period the part remains "out of stock" and the unit is esentially useless.

Contacted Keter by email regarding a faulty part for a garden storage box. My email was answered by Dana & within a couple of hours a replacement part was dispatched from their warehouse. Amazing service and thank you Dana ! 😁

Now changed Debra has reached out and was great, replacements and a goodwill gesture being issued. Took a while but happy with the service in the end. Emailed about replacement parts 18 weeks ago. Kept getting told it wasn't in stock but the shed is still literally being sold! The guarantee is absolutely worthless! I now have a shed with no door for months. Abysmal service.

Complaint made to Keter on the 08/01/2025 about the £1600.00 shed the sold me and the 4 spare roof parts they sent me. None of them fit together, Keter website is useless, when you ring them it isn't much better. we are now 12 days on and I'm still waiting for that phone call that said they would make to get this problem sorted. Case 01287585

I request the spare parts replacement for 1 year but still not available. Manufacturer's 15 year guarantee is supplied with this product. [20th Jan 2025] I got a prompt response from Keter Escalation team and they informed me that the spare part back in stock to ship in this week. I would like to change the rating from 1 star to 4 stars

I have a number of Keter products dotted around my garden and I’ve never had to contact CS before. One of the gas struts unfortunately failed on my garden max storage unit and so I used their online form. Within the hour I received a response from them telling me that they are shipping the part out to my home address. Amazing customer service. Glad I chose their products and always will continue to do so.

My store it out box max (bin store)was purchased several years ago and has always been fine, however recently the lid blew off in high winds. I emailed keter and asked if I could purchase a replacement and was advised there was no stock and my warranty had expired. I wish to make it clear that at no point did I mention warranty or want the part free of charge I just needed a lid for my box. I called keter a few weeks later to check if the part was in stock, they had the part in black or grey and I said I would accept either as I just wanted the shed water tight, the girl ordered the part but when I asked about payment she said they would send an email, which I assumed would contain an invoice. I did received the email explaining that my warranty had expired?? I replied and said this was nothing to do with warranty that I just wanted a new lid, however told yet again this morning that keter don't supply parts to purchase only if under warranty. Absolutely crazy decision as I now have to skip a perfectly good bin store because the company can't/won't allow me to purchase a part not the most environmentally or customer friendly solution, I also found the last email quite rude and still going on about warranty. Overall a poor show and not too nice customer service from keter, BUYERS be aware you cannot purchase SPARE PARTS.

I purchased a Keter storage unit back in Sept 2003. Shortly after building it i noticed a crack in the plastic near to the hing. I contacted Keter as they stated there was a 15yr guarantee on the product. They were very helpful and sent out a replacement part. This was even more damaged than the original one and could not be used. I recontacted Keter only to be the part was not in stock and to call back. I have phoned and emailed every few weeks only to be told the same thing over and over again. The staff are rude to speak to and have no interest in getting this matter sorted. I am 10 months down the line and am no further along getting this. What is the point in having a 15yr guarantee if they have no interest and no way of fixing issues. I will not be buying from them again. I have since been contacted by Keter escalation team who were amazing. They explained the reason there has been an issue/ delay and totally resolved my complaint 100%. Thank you

Fantastic customer service. I've got a pent bin store from Keter, which is great. I've had it a couple of years, and this recent very cold snap of weather caused the hydraulic hinges to fail. A quick and painless interaction via their website and a particularly helpful member of staff and bingo, new hinges in the post. Wonderful

Ordered a shed from Costco. It coat £1200. Quality was average at best. a lot of the plastic was warped and putting it all together wasn't easy as a result. I had a broken part in the box and Keter said they don't have spares and have no idea when they'll get some more.... so that's really useful. I now have Costco and Keter pointing the finger at each other. Stick to wooden sheds!!!
