Had a Keter storeage bin deloivered with parts mising. Tradepoint, from whom I bought it, could only tell me that reequired parts were on backorder. Within a day of contacting Debra at Keter I had a solution, a new bin on the way. Now, that's what I call excellent customer service. Steve Oakley Epsom
Purchased two bin storage containers. Unfortunately some parts within the packaging got damaged during transit, however Keter escalations team looked to fix the issue immediately by posting out replacement parts asap ensuring I got a satisfactory customer experience. The replacement parts were extremely well bubble wrapped. Very happy with the final outcome and product.
Purchase of a shed. If you like waiting an eternity for delivery, taking days off work for deliveries that don't happen, waiting for phone calls, email updates that don't happen, then this is the company for you! Customer service is friendly and sympathetic but doesn't deliver. I have lost count of the phone calls that were promised but never happened. The delivery company that Keter use can't seem to locate your product when an expected delivery hasn't happened. Shed arrived damaged, so after several weeks a replacement arrived but they wouldn't take away the damaged one. After a few months (and just before I disposed of it) they came to remove the damaged shed. Just one man came to remove a 60kg shed with no trolley etc to assist him. Health & Safety at work clearly ignored by the Keter delivery company. I cannot recommend this company for so many reasons.
Terrible company and customer service. I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal customer service provided by Keter. I have been waiting for a refund for over five months, and despite sending constant follow-up emails to their customer service team, there has been no resolution. The lack of accountability and communication is shocking. Each time I reach out, I get no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to chase repeatedly for something that should have been resolved months ago. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Keter, as their after-sales service is unreliable and unresponsive. I still hope they can rectify this and process my refund promptly, but at this point, my trust in the company is completely eroded.

Fast delivery but they sent me the wrong size frustrating as we paid for a larger size but got smaller size and only noticed when it was put together of course! Refused to collect it unless it was all taken apart after hours of putting it together and paying someone £250 to put together!! Really unhappy but good shed just wanted my money back for the incorrect sizing was all which seems fair under circumstances.
Got in touch with customer services to enquire about a replacement accessory that I could not find anywhere to buy. Within 36 hours, my product warranty was registered and the parts were sent out to me free of charge. Very happy with how easy it was to deal with Keter, thank you
Keter responded to my email request in a very timely manner and were able to organise a storage box replacement lid to be sent out. Very happy with the initial contact and the positive outcome.
Immediate action by the Escalations Team in respect of replacement hinges for a 12 years old garden storage product that had long since gone out of production/been superseded. Went to the trouble of ensuring the hinge mechanism of current models would actually fit the old model, and delivered it free of charge ! Over the course of the twelve years, Keter had also supplied a replacement front door and a plastic padlock piece - again, free of charge and postage ! Excellent Consumer Service ! Many thanks.
I ordered two keter cortina sheds in November, so as to be delivered and erected in time for Christmas. When my builder began to assemble the first one, he noticed that some of the panels were split and could not be used. Further examination revealed that other components were also defective/damaged, but nevertheless had been included within the box supplied. We then attempted to erect the second shed, only to find similar defects and damaged parts within that box. Unfortunately, we did not have a sufficient number of good/undamaged parts to even build one complete shed. I immediately contacted the supplier who apologised and agreed to make arrangements with Keter for a collection and replacement. This was arranged just over a week later to coincide with my builders availability to attend again and assemble the replacements. Despite assurances that arrangements were in place and confirmed, the replacement did not happen on the day. Another wasted payment to my builder! When I checked what had gone wrong, I was advised that Keter had failed to make the necessary arrangements with the delivery carrier, but did not communicate this. In complete frustration, and as I was already out of pocket by over £200, I arranged for a van to return the two large and heavy boxes containing the damaged goods and purchased replacements. To my horror, when attempting to build the replacement sheds we found similar pre-damaged parts were included, and that the doors had been manufactured with the hinge slots cut on the outside, rather than inside. This rendered them totally unusable and could not have been missed if the components had been inspected in any way before packaging. This reaffirmed the complete lack of any quantity control and/or customer care when manufacturing, packaging and shipping the products. I have previously purchased a number of Keter products, and was generally of the opinion that it was a reputable company. This experience has however changed that view, and has verified the consistent and negative feedback from other customers. Keter needs to address the consistent failures, poor quality and lack of professional service that it is currently demonstrating.
Keter folding work table. Great idea and worked well 3-4 times of use. From then on one leg would never close till finally within 2nd week of use two legs were broke. Only open and closed the table about 15 times before it was useless. Thrown it in bin. If they could use some better materials for the folding components then it may of been the best work table ever, unfortunately not the case
Purchased a storage box around 9 months ago. The lid had just recently snapped of its hinges due to a gust of wind when it was propped open. The lid now just sits on top of the unit which makes it very difficult to use. Contacted customer services as was still in warranty to see if they could send a new lid. They replied and said parts are not covered by 'exceptional weather' and storms. I argued that a gust of wind isn't exceptional weather. They said that they also didn't have the part in stock, but if they did they would send it at no cost. Great.. but as the part is not in stock they cannot help. I countered and said that seeing as you are prepared to help maybe offer a discount code for a new box. They ignored this and just kept saying the part is out of stock (even though they sell the boxes on their website, so they obviously DO have the parts) and they cannot help. So i now have a perfectly good box that cannot be used because of a broken lid. Very odd way of doing customer service.
bei unserem Keter Grand Store ist die Befestigung für den Deckel ausgerissen. Wurden anstandslos ausgetauscht, auch ebenso die dafür notwendigen Zubehör-Teile. Email-Verkehr war super, haben immer sofort Bescheid bekommen. Auch immer sehr freundlich. TOP Service
I have two 1200L Bin Stores which were purchased a few years ago and are out of warranty. One of the hydraulic hinges broke and I spoke with Keter customer services with a view to purchasing a replacement, however to my surprise they immediately offered to send 2 replacement hinges completely free of charge! Totally unexpected, to say I was impressed was an understatement. Thank you so much 👍
Ordered a shed before Xmas when starting to put it together some parts are missing. Phoned keter who said full out online form obviously not the only one! Didn't hear anything so contacted where I got it from. They told me it's keter responsibility so got in contact with them again and no response. Terrible customer service!
Our old, large Store-it-out bin was damaged (door hinges snapped) in the recent storms. I contacted Keter, who reponded promptly and requested specific information relating to the bin. As it is quite old, I no longer had the receipt or instructions, but the Customer Services team (special thanks to Avital and Hila) were very helpful in identifying the parts I required and arranged for them to be shipped to me. Very impressed, and grateful that I can now repair our very useful garden storage bin.
On New Years eve 2024 I contacted Keter about two broken parts on my Store it out shed. On New Years day keter sent me a parts list diagram asking which parts I required. After sending them the part numbers I needed I was promptly contacted to say they order had been processed and sent to the warehouse for despatch. What a fantastic and speedy response, thank you very much Keter.

Jan 14,2025I purchased a keter shed in July 2024, when the shed was delivered on if the doors was damaged. I informed keter by email, which they acknowledged by email dated 31/07/24 witha case reference no. 01190429. I supplied photos of the damage and they agreed to supply a replacement door. I have reminded them several times, but as of yet January 2025, I have not received a replacement. The model of the shed is still being produced and the doors type is common to various sheds. Not happy with the time it has taken and no resolution. Update 20/01/2025 Keter reacted quickly to my post, have now found me a replacement door and it was delivered tome today.
