Suite a un probleme de verin qui ne fonctionné plus sur un coffre de jardin achete chez gamm vert, et apres les avoir contacter sans repone, j'ai appelevos services,En ligne mr AlainPeterfreund ,m'a ecouté, et à de suite à compris mon pobleme. quelques jours plus tards ,les verins sont en place et je voulais remercié,cet homme pour sa gentillesse et ses competences.

My Keter Maxi storage box was damaged in a storm contacted customer service for parts, not under warranty but agreed to replace as a gesture of goodwill.

Excellent customer service from Keter. Just wanted to say in particular how helpful, professional & friendly Debra Wood was.I had a few problems, & she was FAB.She went the extra mile to sort things out, & everything was done quickly & so efficiently, which made everything a lot less stressful for me. Debra is a credit to the company KETER. Also Rijvka whom I dealt with at the beginning of my order in customer service. She was so helpful & friendly , nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service all round.

Purchased Store it out Max from B&Q April 2024. During construction I started hanging one of the doors on the wrong side and unfortunately snapped part of the door and one of the fixings. Yip my fault fair enough, I’ve built a lot of things over the years having two kids didn’t think the instructions were great but accept this was my fault. I contacted them for any guidance to see if anything could be done. Emailed customer services advising above (called customer service number that said to send email) on 28th April 2024. No response so sent an email on 2nd May asking for response and they responded by email that day advising replacement parts were on back order but would be sent out once available. Fair enough. Emailed again 24th May looking for an update, nothing so sent another email 31st May, no response. Sent another email 13th June asking for update and offering to pay for missing parts. Nothing. Sent email 7th July asking for details of complaints department. Nothing. Emailed again 10th August advising unacceptable customer service and that I would leave a review on customer feedback websites due to zero customer service. Received an email from them 21st August advising spares still on order but unable to provide estimated date of delivery. Not heard a thing and sent an email asking for an update on 1st Feb 2025 asking for details of their complaints department. I have now given up. I will never order another Keter product again. The lack of customer service is appalling and non existent. I would not accept this in my workplace. I would have happily paid for the parts. In their product literature/online it seems to suggest they keep spares if something goes wrong. I would understand if the product was discontinued however this product is still widely available through several retailers. Even if they said you admitted you broke the parts during construction we won’t replace I would have said fair enough even though happy to pay for them. Being led along is unacceptable. They also failed to advise on any customer complaint procedures, which I would think all retailers should surely have.

Excellent customer service from Keter, even when the product was purchased through a third party. Will buy directly next time we need more garden storage.

I was totally overwhelmed with the helpfulness of Customer Service Agent Avitar when I explained I had damaged parts due to Storm Eowyn. He immediately offered the parts for as a gesture of goodwill as Keter don’t sell spares. I am eternally grateful as they had no obligation to do this. Thank you Keter, and Avitar

I would give it zero if I could. Our shed was bought in June 2024 and built by professionals. In November the roof blow off the first time. The same professionals put the roof back in place. However the roof blow off again and everything inside was wet including lawnmower, hedge trimmer, grass cutter and pressure washer. Keter are not sending replacement parts as they don't know when they will be in stock. They basically sent me an email saying they cannot do anything else for me. I have since had a look and seen other reviews regarding the quality of keter sheds. I wish I had read these before. The shed was not cheap. So now I have a roofless shed and may need to replace my lawnmower etc. I am writing them a letter but in the meantime I recommend not buying a Keter Product. Update: I am in touch with Keter and we are trying to reach a solution which includes replacement parts being sent out. I still have no idea when these will be sent out so at the moment have a shed with no roof. Will update again.

Submitted form on website, within 24 hours I was contacted to confirm a few details and was contacted to say my spare parts had been dispatched! Very good service, thank you to Avital for assisting me.

Having lost two hooks from our storage bin I contacted Avital from the customer service team and as a goodwill gesture they were able to send me the parts needed. I am so grateful for their help.

Keters customer service was excellent especially Avital Waintrov giving me the most up to date delivery day for my spare parts. Nothing seemed to much for Avital and always came back quickly with the information required.

An out of warranty storage system I have had the closing clip broken in the storm recently. On seeking a spare to purchase the company sent me the replacement free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Couldn't be happier.

Replacement part for my storage unit. It was out of stock. Customer services kept me informed by email of when part was back in stock. Now, it's back in stock they have organised a delivery.

So I received two boxes and when I went to open one Box 2 panels were damaged. I informed Ketter and I have to say I’m absolutely delighted with a Customer Service I received and the speed the panels were replaced. It took them less than two days to rectify my problem thank you very much five star.

Terrible product and experience! I ordered a Signature High Store Storage Cabinet, which arrived with several broken parts, both for the initial delivery and the replacement. Not surprising given it was getting delivered by one person and it is clearly too heavy a product for just one person to carry, so was dumped off a van onto the floor and dragged along the pavement all the way to our front door. Realising the quality of the product was poor and I was unlikely to receive delivery of a product that wasn't broken I asked for refund. The item was collected but we're now a month after the collection was made (more than 2 months from the initial order being placed) and I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. I've had to call customer services 3 times, each time finding out that no progress had been made and getting asked for basic information that had never previously been requested or repeated questions I had answered several times. The customer service agents were friendly and helpful when contacted, but unfortunately the operation and their processes seem to be a complete mess and the communication outside of this is incredibly poor.

Keter customer service are 5star, just received the best customer service. Every keter item I have bought is made really well and lasts forever. Such a good brand that you can trust. My outside storage boxes are sturdy and hard wearing and the lounger and bench have lasted me years.definitely made to last.

There are scam websites that are advertising Keter products for under £50, and are cloning the websites of genuine businesses to make themselves look legitimate. If you search on google: keter store it out max 1200l grey On the results there are a few fake websites selling Keter products and the payments page goes to a non-UK website and products not being delivered.

This company have been absolutely amazing. Recent storms blew our Keter shed door off and totally damaged it.. they don't usually provide replacement parts however as a good will gesture have agreed to provide us with the required replacement door. This is a rarity for a company to do such a thing. Totally professional and helpful. So grateful for their help and would 100pc recommend this company.

I can’t fault Keter’s customer service - when the plastic parts cracked during assembly, I contacted them and they dispatched replacements - no issue. But beware - don’t try to assemble Keter products in very cold weather - they seem to crack very easily! Perhaps Keter should warn customers not to attempt assembly in really cold weather (?)
