I would steer clear of this company. I invested a lot of money into a toolbox stack system. The bottom wheeled box broke so no handle and stack clips broke. Been weeks and still no resolution. They do not stock it anymore but is guaranteed for 25 years. They even questioned me where did I see it said 25 year guarantee? Useless aftercare every time I phone them they fob me off with a manager will call you. Still no call from a manager and I’m left with dragging my tools about.
Had a toolbox for a couple of years with a 25 year guarantee. Turns out they don’t stick this item anymore. This has been going on for weeks with managers supposed to call me back but they never do. Absolute joke of a company. Please don’t use this company as they bum you off with I will get my manager to call you and nothing happens. In the end I kept escalating it and the manager finally rung me back and refunded me for all of the toolboxes I brought from keter. This is because the rest of the stack is useless if the bottom wheeled box is broken. All sorted now and happy with the outcome. Just a shame it took so long.
I was missing a couple a Parts of my keter shed and I contacted Keter and they sent out the replacement pieces with no problem at all - Kim was very helpful and assisted with my parts.
Ordering and delivery straight forward. Easy to assemble. Had my shed a year now but would not buy again because it leaks in at least 3 places. Disappointed in the product. Keter offered to replace panels but panels are not the issue. It seems to leak at overlapped joints. Stick to wood that's my advice
The shed itself is lovely, however the delivery company used is absolutely disgusting. The delivery company did not say when they were an hour away like they said they would, couldn’t find our property so just drove off and only did we know this when we called to see what time they would be delivering. We got put through to the manager who claimed the driver couldn’t find the property so he just left without delivering. After booking a day off work to be at home for the delivery we were told he will not turn around to deliver even though he was at fault for not calling an hour before delivering. The manager then said she would ring back when she knows if he can deliver that same day or not but never did. We had to call the ‘manager’ 6 times in 2 days to find out what was happening. Very rude and extremely bad customer service from a manager. After another day and time confirmed, we then had to call again to find out why the driver had not turned up after booking this time frame off work again. He arrived 2 hours later and damaged property whilst getting his truck onto the driveway. I have never dealt with such rude people and it has made the whole experience awful and stressful. Ordering from this site is honestly not worth it due to the delivery company. I would highly recommend Keter getting a new delivery service.
Had a problem with a broken chair in August 2023. Got in touch with customer services who told me the replacement part was out of stock and it would be sent out as soon as it was in stock. After several months the part was still out of stock. The lady I spoke to was very unhelpful & unprofessional. Eventually I got to deal with Jack who was completely different. He was super helpful & sympathetic about how long it was taking. Once Jack was involved the problem was solved within a week. This company needs more Jacks! Thank you
Einfach super, so wünscht man sich Support und Service. Die Garantie unserer Gartenbox war bereits abgelaufen, nach Anfrage, ob sie mir kostengünstig mit neuen defekt gegangen Öldruckfedern dienen könnten, um keine gänzlich neue Station kaufen zu müssen, war die Antwort: Selbstverständlich, schicken wir ihnen gratis zu! Ich musste nicht mal Porto zahlen! So was habe ich bisher leider nur komplett gegenteilig erlebt, z.B. bei meinem E-Bike Kauf. Toller Hersteller!
A tale of two half’s…. Initial customer service ( i use that term loosely) was not up to standard, TBH agents that I spoke had a couldn’t care less attitude and more of an obstructive mindset. Ended up speaking to both Sarah and Jack, breath of fresh air, friendly and dealt with my issue immediately, this was the way my small issue should have been dealt with from the outset. Unfortunately the call centre made a small issue into a larger frustrating one. I’ve had Keter products for a number of years and up until now have never had an issue: Note to Keter Management- Outsourcing to non uk call centres may save short term but in the long term will do more harm than good. Thanks again to Sarah and Jack.
Very disappointed with customer service. Item arrived through Amazon and on opening the box spotted one of the doors the hinge was broken off. Tried contacting customer service which was difficult, barely understood the lady talking on the phone and just about understood I had to send by email photo of the damage. Did not hear anything for 5 days then rang again. This time more photos required, email sent back. 3 days later still no reply, tried phoning and was no.2 in the queue for an hour and then hung up. My patience has been tested and have now started a return of the whole item through Amazon for a full refund and won't be purchasing from Keter again.
After much communication with the help desk I got on to escalations whom Jack was one. This is when all my trouble went away unit was replaced with new one when door hinges failed couple of days with courier and no hassle experience was good to great even when some failings were on my side ie lack of receipt but wonder Jack came to to rescue. Thanku keter for resolving this issue for me and in my favour 5 star service yet again reason I keep buying their products
Great shed but I did have a problem with the Keter shelving unit I bought to go inside. One of the six brackets supplied wasn’t cut correctly so it wouldn’t actually fit. Unfortunately it was the last bracket I took out so by this point everything else was installed. The only solution I was offered by both Keter and Costco was to take down the shelves and brackets, package them up, wait for a return pick-up, wait for a new pack of shelves to be sent and then spend more time reinstalling. This is a 6inch metal bracket that Keter must make in the thousands and thousands but which are apparently “out of stock”. Just beware, after sales might not be the greatest if you have an issue!
Amazing service from Jack McCallum in the after sales team. I had an issue with a shed that I bought and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently, job very well done 👍🏻
Parts damaged . We have half built the shed and then unpacked the second box to find the roof panels damaged. We have filled out the damaged parts form .They have advised they don't have the parts in stock and don't know when they will come in. They have offered a full exchange of product but I have to dismantle the shed and box it back up which took me 4 hrs to unpack and half build. Unable to speak to anybody on the phone who can help. Told there is no complaints department and that I would just have to email. Iv explained my emails from 3 days ago have not been returned. The person who answered the phone had no interest in helping. I have advised that if they have a full shed to send me then take the parts out of that shed and just send me the parts. They have advised they don't do that.very poor service.
We purchased a Keter large bin store from Costco towards the end of last year. Unfortunately there were parts missing, we emailed Keter a number of times and have been totally ignored. I phoned today and spoke with a member of the customer service team and have been been asked to email and include an answers to a catalogue of questions. The attitude of the person left a lot to be desired. Not what I would expect from a global business like Keter. Extremely disappointing.
Love the size of the midi storage but lack of hinges means it has blown down on my head. I've looked to put hinges on but they are around £30 each, this is half the price of the box.
My kitchen bin was still under guarantee when the lid failed. I contacted customer services and sent pictures and copy of my receipt. I was advised they couldn’t get a new lid due to problems with production, however I was asked if I wanted a full refund for my bin or they could send a replacement bin different to the original and sent pictures of it. I opted for a replacement bin and received this within 5 days. Excellent customer service.
I bought a storage bench from Amazon and found a piece missing. They told me to contact Keter directly which I did and their almost immediate response told me a part would be dispatched in the next few days. Unfortunately when it arrived it was broken so I emailed them again their immediate response said it would be sent in the next few days. Again when it arrived, it too was broken. Emailed them once more and asked for a new piece to be sent but packed better and this time it was third time lucky. Pity I had to go through this but they came through so full marks there. One of the customer services staff I spoke to was a bit snippy but that could have been due to misunderstanding. I now have acres of bubble wrap to get rid of if anyone wants it. Bench looks good now it's complete but the bottom of the storage box isn't very robust and I will put a board over it to protect it
I just wanted to thank Keter so much for their help recently. We bought an outdoor bike shed and have had for over a year but in recent storm the roof got blown off and damaged. Keter sent us the parts to replace it even though the unit was out of warranty and it was caused by storm damage, which is not their responsibility. I would highly recommend buying products from Keter as it’s rare to see customers service like this.
Terrible company and products got the garden storage and it kept falling apart. Support were somewhat rude and helpful
