Customer service were extremely helpful and replaced a back panel free of charge when a squirrel had eaten through part of it to get into the unit! The part came quickly and delivered on time by DX.
Ordered from amazon, arrived 11th Feb and checked on 12th- there are no fittings or small parts included in the package deeming the storage container useless. Contacted customer support as per instructions on amazon but not heard anything back, completely unusable product and given 2 working days to respond so far but no contact made. Can't return as packaging has now been sat in the rain. Editing review and score: Was called on 14th to rectify the issue, Jack from after care was great and its good to know a solution is on its way. Been a less than perfect journey up to now but hoping the team input has the desired outcome. Polite service and very apologetic on the dissatisfaction felt. Appreciated the efforts Jack thank you, will update when items received.
Item arrived damaged (outside garden storage unit) and was unable to be offered a replacement or alternative product. Now have to return the item and purchase a different product from elsewhere

I tried to order a new storage box from Keter but, for some reason, the order didn't look like it had gone through. I telephoned Keter to see if the had any record of the purchase and was told they would put me through to the Home Delivery team to see if they'd got it. When I was connected to them it first said that someone would be with me shortly but then it said 'There are no agents currently in the queue' and then it cut me off! I called them again and they gave me the direct number for the Home Delivery team so I called them again and got exactly the same message. Now, if I'd actually bought a storage box and wanted to chase up the delivery or something similar, there's no way I can talk to them as they don't answer the phone!! I then looked Keter up on here and saw how disastrous their customer service is. I'm now buying from another company and I suggest you do the same.
I bought a Keter garbage storage container for outside use. The item is just worthless! When there is a slight wind, the doors just come loose and the lid on the top opens constantly so rain pours just in. When I arrived home last Friday, the whole thing just fell to pieces. Five words: absolutely worthless for outside use.
I recently bought a shed factor 8x8. It was hard to assemble as this should have been a 2 men job and I did it alone. Couldn't be prouder :) ! The shed looks awesome, sturdy and spacious. The after sales service is super as well. I emailed to request more shelves for the shed and got them within one week. To all Keter team, thank you very much!!
Purchased a shed and was delivered last week. Employed a handy man to put it up and when he got to put the roof on it was too large we bought a 6x8 shed and the roof they sent was for a 8x8 roof. Contacted customer services and they informed me I could take the shed apart pack it back up and take it back and collect a new shed. Sound easy but when you are disabled and have to pay a handyman to take it down and then take it 200 miles to exchange something it's ridiculous. They said they didn't have any parts in warehouse but only full shed . We asked if they could sent us a roof out of one in stock and we were told no. We had builders starting and needed shed for storage. We were told it would take 15 days for parts to arrive in warehouse so we asked to escalate the case to someone more senior and we were given an email address. We have sent 2 emails and we are still waiting for a reply. This problem has now been resolved.
This shed was purchased late last year and having the shed up only for a month the whole shed collapsed and everything broke - the shed's roof managed to blow off alongside the sides and doors to snap, break and shred. I was under the impression these products would be more hardy and weather resistant but I was obviously proved completely wrong. I contacted Keter customer service who were so unhelpful and would not entertain replacing any parts - advising I should claim against my household insurance which I think is a disgraceful attitude as it is the poor quality of the their product that has caused this situation. So a shed that is less than 3 months old, and cost over GBP 500.00 is now a pile of plastic in my back garden. Keter, shame on you for your poor quality and poor customer service!!!
After having the shed up only for a month the shed's roof managed to blow off alongside the sides and doors to snap, break and shred. Me buying this shed was purely based on the vast amount of advertisement from Keter directly regarding the ability of these products to handle the weather and being resistant. Once getting in touch regarding this the only resolution was replacement parts even after explaining that the whole shed has been torn to bits after high winds. The company seem to hide behind this "acts of nature" clause on their warranty to avoid providing good customer service. Once chasing the escalation email mentioned to the side claiming to respond within 24 hours...it took 10 days and a chase email from myself to get any response. This was a waste of time as it was just reiterated regarding the warranty even after me explaining this was a complaint process I was trying to follow. The resolution I have recieved was let MY home insurance cover their short falls or me having to go and reference many parts to try and rebuild this shed from scratch. So currently just have expensive plastic lying about instead of doing it's job and not able to recommend these products for any less than ideal outside locations. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere.
I find it very strange upon reading reviews that some people are looked after very well and are supplied with replacement parts and others like myself cannot get spare parts.I purchased a Keter shed in August 23 . Due to wind damage 2 hinges broke on one of the doors. After contacting Keter and much correspondence including receipt for the shed was told they didn’t have any spare hinges that I was quite willing to pay for. This is my second Keter shed and will be my last. A company that doesn’t look after customers with good after sale policy is not worth considering another purchase.
Had need to contact customer service just 4 days ago. An outdoor storage cabinet I purchased many years ago needed new hinges but was no longer produced. Sent them details, they identified the parts from photographs I sent and despatched the parts immediately. Received today. Perfect. A1+ service. Thank you.
During a recent storm we lost the lid from our outdoor Keter storage unit. I contacted Keter for help and I received my replacement Keter part yesterday. The team were so helpful and understanding of the circumstances. I buy Keter products because they are exactly what they say they are, but actually I now understand that the product is also backed up by a great team of people. I will recommend Keter products to everyone I meet who needs this kind of product. I would like to thank Keter UK, they have restored my faith in customer care.
Easy to assembly and I like it as very nice looking. I'm giving 2 stars only because it's expensive and keter doesn't provide to sell separately any spare pieces so if something is damaged you need to get a new shed. My shed's door did not survive the Scottish weather and wind, so now there is no way to fix it! I only got the shed 6 months ago so very expensive if they don't have any spare pieces to sell and weather damages are not under the warranty!
Apart from being very happy with my Store-It-Out Ace unit I have to compliment Keter on their Aftersales service and support. I had a damaged door, contacted Keter customer service and they were able to source and supply a replacement within a few days, outstanding.
Needed a spare part. Dealt with most expeditiously.
On putting the shed together, it was noted that one of the panels were damaged in the box. Photos supplied as requested The part was not in stock and no idea of when this would be available We proceeded to put the shed together on the basis that a part refund would be given as we could not wait for a replacement part that may or may not arrive anytime soon and I needed storage shed asap Despite several emails and being promised action by a manager, we have yet to be compensated for the damage Poor service and inferior quality product
I bought a storage box in August 2023. Really happy with it, but the lid was damaged due to the storms. I contacted customer service at Keter, and they arranged and delivered a new lid. Eddie was particularly very helpful and understanding. Top class company. 👏 👌
I emailed Keter with a problem relating to storm damage. Their customer service could not have been more helpful. I received an exceptional level of care and service. 6 days after the storm and 4 days after my enquiry, my problem has been resolved and my storage is back to normal.

Feb 16,2024Keter Manor shed: I've noticed one side of the groove of the tongue and groove system is stiffer making it quite a challenge to fit the shed together. Same with fitting the roof - quite awkward and not easily put together as claimed. Rain stopped play so will continue construction tomorrow but taking several hours for a 4x3 shed.
