Nov 01,2022Terrible company! Order an item from them and they sent it to the wrong Country and address. I contacted their customer service which they were not helpful nor very professional, I’ve provided them with my order details with the CORRECT delivery address and they couldn’t do anything about it and it got delivered to wrong country. I would not recommend them very poor after sale service and lost money.

Had a big RECARO order with them and received it in two shipments as mentioned when purchased; biggest advice order ahead of time as the shipping date online is in their country not the United States ! Be realistic it has to go through both customs which takes forever ! But items come with a shipping number when shipped and I received in perfect condition! 10/10

Nov 13,2022I'm waiting for the order more than one month. The order was split in 4 different shipments. 3 shipments were sent, from which I got 2 and 1 is stuck in Farnkfurt for more than a week. The last item was not shipped at all because after more than 3 weeks, and many emails they realized the item is out if stock. Totally missed the dates for the baby delivery. I gave 3 stars because of the good customer care. My suggestion is to update the shipping duration on your website so people would be able to plan the order and delivery time properly.
