It was my first time with kids-room and it was a great experience the shipping time little bit long it takes 3-4 weeks for sudi Arabia but it the same time was mentioned on the website when I order.

Very good prices and competitive 5/5 for pricing and products. 3/5 shipping wasn’t able to be tracked until the delivery so it’s hard to know where the shipment is. Additional cost for shipping has been incurred but I hadn’t been notified by the amount till the delivery and they wanted it cash and I wasn’t at home, would prefer to pay incurred taxes online if a payment link had been sent.

Appreciate the worldwide shipping! I've used KidsRoom a few times to get a brand that doesn't usually sell in my country. The ship times can take a while (so I always order well in advance of Holidays). I don't think there's anything KidsRoom can do about that, just a tip for others to order early!

Compre una silla infantil para el coche. El envío fue rapidísimo. Hice el pedido casi a media noche y a primera hora de la mañana siguiente, me aviso la empresa transportista de que ya tenían el producto. El precio, incluyendo los gastos de envío, fue más barato de lo que lo encontraba en España. Venía perfectamente embalado y protegido.

I ordered a stroller on 09/08/2022. I have a bad experience with the shipping to Saudi Arabia. The package is still in Frankfort. The Saudi post office confirmed to me that they have not yet received my parcel from DHL Germany. I contacted the support team (on Kidsroom.de) twice to resolve the delivery problem. They told me that I would have to wait another 8 weeks until the issue was resolved. In vain I went to buy on kidsroom.de.

I've ordered twice from Kidsroom.de and I can safely say that the process has been great. I've chosen them specifically because of their competitive prices - I have ordered a crib, the ISOFIX for my car, as well as some accessories and everything arrived perfectly fine. I'll definitely be ordering again. Just a note that as I am ordering from Malta, the delivery time can take quite a bit, so not ideal if you need fast deliveries.

Ordered from kidsroom two times - both were excellent experiences - all items arrived quickly (international shipping, no less!), exactly as described, packaged safely with this cool expanding foam thing, in perfect condition. Highly recommended!
