Bit disappointed ,i order a product which was listed being on stock on site and actually i wait to get it 3 weeks instead 3 days because came from the producer.Not recommend 👎

Great customer service support! And the beat part - is the lowest prices for big brands. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and definitely will order from Kidsroom again (despite long delivery time from Germany to UAE)

Really poor service. I selected DHL Standard Shipping at checkout and the KidsRoom website calculated 8-12 days international shipping; which I was happy with as it would be shipped to the UAE. I paid over 60EUROS to have it sent. After 20 days I requested an update and received a rude response stating it will take FOUR WEEKS (Written in capitals on the email). When I explained this was not acceptable, I was again told that this was made clear if I clicked the 'i' button. I explained that there is no such button, no small print and that I had it confirmed that 8-12days would be delivery time frame. I was then advised that I should have selected the 'Express' service if I wanted it earlier and that the product arriving in FOUR weeks was "in fact, on time, and not belated." So product did arrive eventually, but even after import duty fees, it was more expensive than purchasing it locally. Will not be using KidsRoom again, and will 100% not recommend family, friends or colleagues to use them either.

We urgently needed a child car seat, as our child was born unexpectedly early and we only had a rental child car seat from my best friend for the time being. We were looking for an online shop with express shipping and good products. We found exactly these criteria at kidsroom.de. Here we had the choice between UPS Express and DHL Express. The Lady from the customer service then calculate the more favorable express delivery and recommended it to us. Our package with the beautiful red Dualfix i-Size arrived after a few days and we could finally transport our baby safely. We will continue to order from you, thank you kidsroom.de.

The niceste and most courteous online shop ever. Kidsroom.de gave me top advice on the Maxi-cosi Lila XP. We needed a high pram and weren't sure which one would fit best, so we spantaneously asked and called. The nice lady on the phone was able to give us information straight away. We ordered this pram straight away and thanks to a cool promotion we were able to save 8% thanks to kidsroom.de. This was of course a great pleasure for us as parents-to-be. The shipping was quick and it was packed very well and environmentally friendly. We will order again soon. Kind regards Ramona

The worst online shopping I’ve ever experienced. When I placed the order, it said 10days for shipment time, however it’s taking more than 25days, plus part of my order is still in Germany, sitting in DHL warehouse. I have not received any apologies or explanation email from kidsroom. What’s the point of ordering online... I will never trust this website.

My order was time sensitive. I needed the doona carseat-stroller for air travel with my baby alone. I figured if they were shipping with DHL it would get to me in time. It didn't. When I realized it wouldn't make it I asked kidsroom if they could reroute it back to them as I was leaving my country of residence for good. Kidsroom said they couldn't do anything about a package that had already shipped. 1. I don't understand how they can have absolutely no communication with the shipper handling their job or influence on a current shipment that THEY have ordered. 2. They suggested I contact DHL paket myself. DHL paket Germany's customer care website is not helpful. It's just a bunch of answered FAQS and no customer service rep. Just a useless bot! 3. Finally the parcel was lost in December on it's way back to Germany (3 months later) and kidsroom said they will refund my money. I requested (multiple times) that they send the refund to a different account from the one I used at the time of purchase. They ignored this. Now my money is lost and they don't care! They claim the transaction is not insured if they don't send to the same payment account. But what if the account is no longer active? I felt at this point that I was just dealing with...! If you can't successfully handle internal shipments, then pull out and stay local. If DHL paket is not doing a good job, CHANGE who you do business with! I mean, that's a no-brainer. For a store that sells baby stuff, you should sit down and think long and hard about your clientele and their needs. We DON'T NEED DISTRESS. Raising kids is tough enough, some of us are doing it alone. I have lost a lot of money and I am just so upset.

Everything went really well and the delivery came to Finland fast and with loads of information! I was first a bit worried by the reviews but after discussing with the customer service, I was definitely making an order. Everything was awesome and I definitely recommend using the service
