Jan 30,2021Die Bestellung wurde schnell und problemlos abgewickelt. Ich hatte innerhalb einer Woche meine Ware in Österreich zugestellt. Die Versandkosten sind vielleicht ein bisschen hoch, dafür kam die Sendung mit der österreichischen Post und nicht via dpd in irgendeinen Handyshop. Werde sicher wieder dort bestellen.

Jan 28,2021This company is a scam.Do not buy any goods if you are letting them ship Internationally.They ship for us a baby bath tub by DHL and it is now 49 days I did not received the merchandise.When I asked them to refund the same they just answer without the return they will not refund it.But we never receive it and I do not need it any more!!!!.A big red card for this company. Jan 26,2021Oversea order beware! The quality of the car seat is good. However, the order did not deliver home due to over-sized. Contacted customer service, not helpful. Keep telling me it’s our local post office problem. The only solution they offer is rejected the parcel and refund after maybe 3-4 months. It should be seller’s responsibility to make sure the parcel was packed within the size limit and the shipping service provided will deliver the parcel to customer’s doorstep and not leaving customer to figure out how to get such a big parcel from local post office.

Заказывала специально с запасом по времени, опираясь на другие отзывы, так что никаких претензий не имею. По территории ЕС заказ отслеживается через DHL, по территории России на сайте/в приложении Почты России. Кресло было аккуратно упаковано, не повреждено. В общем, впечатления остались положительные, главное понимать, что доставка может занять время.

Jan 22,2021Покупаю здесь уже второе детское автокресло. Доставка в Россию плюс отличные цены и постоянные акции - выбор очевиден. Немного пришлось подождать отправку, но это не портит общую оценку, т.к. автокресло было из последней коллекции, а мне было не к спеху. Сама доставка заняла 7 дней.

Jan 20,2021Кресло доехало за 2 недели, при этом 1 неделю менеджеры выясняли что заказанный цвет с браком. Предложили другой цвет, после согласия отправили на следующий день. Рекомендую перед покупкой посмотреть в живую, подголовник узковат, в зимней одежде ребенку не удобно!
