Nov 23,2022The only place that would sell and ship my baby high chair to Australia. Everything went seamlessly and I received tracking straight upon courier pickup. They also kept my order until my chosen colour was back in stock as opposed to other retailers who just cancel the order. They didn’t request exorbitant additional shipping cost either like their competitor. Overall I’m super happy and would definitely buy again.

Nov 23,2022Order was created on 2/11/2022, shipment created on 8/11/2022. The product pricing is competitive but shipment is a bit steep and shipping information should be updated to give a more realistic expectation from customer side. Like other customers, it is not easy to contact the customer service initially with no response to emails and gave me a panic attack if the website is legit. Just received my order yesterday. I am very happy with the item and it is well packed and secured. I can accept that shipment is going to be long given current situation but just hope that customer service can be improved.
