Feb 05,2023The website is easy to use and delivery was OK.but It was not clear thar price doesn't include customs which we knew about at pick up and total cost became more expensive than if we buy locally. We buy many things from amazon Germany and they make clear in the description if there will be customs or not. Wish your website make it more obvious. Thank you.

Jan 20,2023Ordered 2 child seats, but you only got a free sensor for one, so i emailed supported and they gave me a second. Came after 3 weeks, which is fair, it was stated on their homepage. Was send from Germany to Denmark properly and the price was around 80 euros cheaper pr. seat :)

Jan 15,2023Quick response and nice price for kidsroom However, hong kong post do not offer delivery service due to the size of the package, i have to go to the airport to pick up such heavy package! Everything is great except i have to pick up the package myself.
