Oct 09,2024Great experience. We did an early check-in, which made the experience quicker and easier. The car was smelling really nicely and was pretty new. All details were thoroughly explained during the check-in, including the fact that we were leaving the country. So, we highly recommend this company. The only minor setback is that the offices are 5 min from the airport, so you always need to call for the transfer.

Oct 09,2024Horrible and thieve of a company They charged us 226 euros for us not having a credit card but surely when you return the car in perfect condition you should get that back that is the whole purpose of a deposit. Complete fraud. I have also read online that if you have a credit card they will make every excuse to show it is declined so they can get the 226 euros out of you.

Oct 08,2024All employees spoke perfect English, so easy to communicate. Instructions for shuttle pick up was easy to follow and the shuttle came quickly. Check in and out was all incredibly straight forward with no discrepancies!

BUD-17442141518433. Check-in e consegna auto veloci e informazioni dettagliate. Macchina in ottime condizioni e della categoria scelta. La macchina mi è stata consegnata con 3/4 di tanga piena e al ritorno, poiché c’era un po’ più di carburante di quello che mi avevano fornito, mi è stato fatto subito un buono sconto per compensarlo. Decisamente soddisfatto e…al prossimo noleggio.

Oct 01,2024Always our go-to car hire company when visiting Hungary. Regardless if its a day trip or a 3 weeks long stay we always use Klasswagen. The cars are brand new, clean and well maintaned. Deposit, insurance and any other policies terms and conditions are clearly laid out and explained by the local staff who are very friendly all the time. Car pick up and return is quick and easy. Oct 01,2024Third time this year rented from Klass in BUD for a short drive across Hungary, and was impressed again: office is open round the clock, which is critical for late arrivals when other rentals already sleep; super fast shuttle service fully compensates for the lack of in-airport desk; friendly automated customer service makes the process easy; brand new cars in excellent conditions; decent value for money. Recommended to buy full coverage to further speed up the process.
