Aug 31,2024It was second time I rented cars from Klass Wagen Budapest, this time I rented 2 cars. Everything was working good, from booking to returning the cars and driving us to airport, things went very smoothly and were on time. The price and additional taxes were clearly stated from the beginning, and there was no change after. Cars were very good, and overall this was helpful to our beautiful vacation in Europe. Aug 30,2024This is a second time we've used Klass Wagen and we only had great experience again. On the day of the pick up our flight had been delayed by 2.5h and it was almost midnight by the time we got to the office. They were still prepared like it would be middle of the day. It took less than 15min to get our car, and with two tired kids we couldn't be more happy how efficiently all the process has been done. The drop of went smoothly as well along with the airport transfer. Overall very happy with the staff attendance and the efficiency.

Aug 30,2024I have used this company a few times now. We havnt had to wait long to get picked up from the airport to be taken to their site. I used there online portal to upload my documents this time and recieved the car in 10 mins. Dropping off the car has been hassle free too. I recommend this company

Aug 29,2024Ich habe das Fahrzeug über Check24 gebucht und habe folgende Versicherungsschutz unterschrieben und gehabt: Haftpflicht: Personen-/Sachschäden 4,0 Mio. € / 1,3 Mio. € Vollkasko- und Diebstahlschutz ohne Selbstbeteiligung (durch Rückerstattung) Zusatzschutz Glas / Reifen / Unterboden / Dach versichert Weitere Versicherungsleistungen Innenraum / Schlüssel / Abschlepp- und Bearbeitungskosten / Reiseunfallversicherung / Rücktransport im Krankheitsfall. Ich habe also maximale Schutz und NULL Risiko gehabt. Bedauerlicherweise hat mir Ihr Angestellter, als ich das Auto abgeholt habe, versucht mich zu verunsichern und mir klarzumachen, dass ich keine Versicherung habe, dass das Auto auch gegen Diebstahl nicht versichert sei, dass fast alle Kunden den - von ihm angebotenen andere Variante wählen. Ich hätte 158. € extra zahlen müssen obwohl ich bereits versichert war. Ich vermute, dass solche Geschäftsmethoden die meisten Kunden davon abschrecken würden, erneut bei Klass Wagen einen Fahrzeug zu mieten. Bei der Rückgabe und mit dem Fahrzeug gab es keine Probleme.
