Sep 20,2024Wij zijn zeer snel opgehaald op het vliegveld. Eerste ervaring was dus positief. Maar daarna begon het. Er werd heel veel druk gezet op het afnemen van extra verzekeringen, terwijl ik full coverage had via discovercars. Er werd met prijzen gesmeten van 500-1000€ voor eventuele krasjes. Voor snelwegenbelasting moest er extra €20 betaald worden. Bij het vooraf controleren van de auto moesten wij alle schades die er al waren zelf zoeken waar die schades zijn. Er is niet vooraf aangegeven welke schades de auto had wat normaal gesproken heel gangbaar is. De ruimte waar we de auto moesten controleren was slecht verlicht. Overigens was de borg bijna €3000!!!!, welke je na 30 dagen(!!) gaat terugkrijgen bij geen schade. Daarnaast was de medewerker heel erg ongeïnteresseerd. In ieder geval heb ik hier een heel slecht gevoel bij. Fingers crossed bij het inleveren van de auto. Ik heb mijn review veranderd in 4 sterren. Bij de drop off werd ik wel heel goed en vriendelijk te woord gestaan door de chauffeur/controleur. Uiteindelijk zonder problemen de auto terug ingeleverd.

Sep 19,2024J'avais l'habitude de louer chez eux mais ça sera la dernière fois. Ils augment sans cesse le montant des cautions exprès ( 2500 de caution n'a pas suffit pour une voiture économique) pour que ça dépasser la limite de vos cartes de crédit dans le but de vous obliger à souscrire l'assurance full option à un prix exorbitant. J'avais pourtant 2 cartes de crédit à mon nom et ils ont refusé d'utiliser ma deuxième carte. Prix de de départ prévu pour une semaine de location +/-170 € qui finalement m'a coûté 410 € + faire le plein au retour. Résumé, ils vous attirent avec des petits prix pour finalement vous soutirer plus d'argent que si vous aviez loué chez un loueur renommé à l'aéroport. J'ai horreur de me faire arnaquer. C'est fini je ne loue plus chez eux.

Sep 13,2024BUD-170912142488157 It was my first time renting a car with klass wagen and having renting cars across the world with different companies it’s safe to say it was by far the easiest, quickest and best experience that I’ve ever had it. The staff is supper polite, helpful and quick. There was no stress and the car was great. Highly recommend and will def. use them next time.

Sep 13,2024De shuttlebus rijdt op en af naar de ophaal locatie je hoeft maar even wachten en jij bent er binnen 10 minuten. Op kantoor wordt ook alles goed geregeld. Met volledige dekking lever je auto heel snel op zonder problemen. Bedankt

Sep 10,2024I have had good experiences with KW in Romania. I received a newer and slightly larger car than expected, but I was disappointed with the child seat received (for 12 days, I paid quite some money for a very basic seat). The fee for using the car abroad was on the more expensive side. The check in process also took longer than expected, but it was a very busy day. I will consider KW again

Sep 06,2024The car rental is not at the airport, but there is a free shuttle service to their location. This is more convenient than dragging your luggage down to the airport parking.. Their office is air-conditioned, and the friendly, helpful staff efficiently manage document checks and car handovers. The car was clean and had low mileage on all three occasions. There is an option for full insurance, which is a very safe and convenient choice, though not cheap. Thank you to the staff for their dedicated work! I will choose you again next time.

Sep 05,2024I booked the car at Budapest's airport through booking.com. The price was very reasonable -- about 60 eurro for 3 days Shuttle bus from the airport was also good ( they are not located directly in the airport). 2 problems I experiencwd were: - I felt as they tried to scary me with a long list of possible damages, the car can get, to convince me to pay 3 times the booking price (160 euro) to avoid paiyng for damages if so - when I said no and tried to pay with my credit card, they did not like it as it was difference in 1 letter in my first name on the card with the name in my passport. The card has been acceptes everywhere during the last 4 years, but it was not good enough for them. As a result I did not take their car, but instead rented one from one of agencies directly in the airport.
