Aug 15,2024Deception We rented a car through Holiday Autos. We took out AXA insurance through them for €80, so that we had the €2500 deductible covered. When we arrived at Klasswagen Budapest we were asked if we wanted insurance, and we clearly stated that we did not want it. We showed the AXA insurance. We were then given a tablet/paper under our noses, which we signed. I thought this was about the car or about reserving the deposit. That's what I thought too when I gave my credit card and cashed in. Later we discovered that €278 had been debited from the credit card. In later contact with the company, we were continuously told that we should read the letters in the emails and documents. Our problem, however, is that we refused the insurance, but this was deliberately not listened to. This feels like a scam. The company will probably respond to this review, just like they did in the emails. I can already say that that response is incorrect. Our money for very expensive insurance has disappeared into the pocket of this company. I can't give less than 1 star, otherwise I would have done this. PS I don't read any response from the company, their emails tell me enough. There is no room for discussion, the blame is placed entirely on the customer. Their way of dealing with the customer is not discussed. In my opinion, the Tripadvisor reviews are more honest, the average there is 1 - at most 2 - stars.

Aug 15,2024This was my fourth time with Klass Wagen and as always the experience was great. Very friendly shuttle bus drivers who’s always have an understanding of that we’re may in rush therefore the service is always quick. As I been there couple of times now got some discount amd also made me feel very welcome and felt like I being treated special. Thanks again for being awsome!

Aug 12,2024We rented a car for 2 days with Budapest airport pickup/return location. We were quickly picked up by a VAN to the Klass wagen office just outside the airport. The process was very swift, the people were friendly and we received a nice car. The return of the car was also easy and no discussions about possible damages. One tip: rent the car directly from Klass Wagen to also have the highway toll included and no need to have a 3000 Euro deposit by Credit Card.
