Feb 17,2025Beware when booking. I'd give these guys -5 stars if I could. Please watch out when booking. These guys have an elaborate system to do with named drivers, credit cards and deposits, that somehow forces you to pay 360 euros insurance. This is the second time they've done this, despite me being careful the second time round. I've never er come across any car rental company with a set of rules and staff so inflexible and unhelpful, making my arrival with 2 kids late at night extremely stressful to the point we walked out and walked around for an hour until we found an alternative rental place. Unreal. Shameful.

Feb 03,2025BUD-18831673280 Először béreltem autót a Klasswagennél. Egy kicsit tartottam tőle, hogy mennyire tudom összehangolni a repülönk érkezésével és indulásával, de nem kellett volna. A Klasswagen csapat nagyon rugalmas és segítőkész volt. Az autó átvételnél és átadásnál is minden rendben volt. Látszik, hogy profik dolgoznak a cégnél.

Feb 18,2025Visszatérő bérlőként még mindig teljesen elégedett vagyok a szolgáltatással. Az online foglalási rendszerük világos, egyértelmű. A reptéri transzfer szolgáltatásuk számomra nem volt releváns, de az ebből adódó variálásomat rugalmasan megoldották. Az irodai ügyintézés mind az átvételnél mind a visszaadásnál gyors, rugalmas, professzionális volt. Köszönöm! (BUD-1875174392874)
