I rented a vehicle from Klass Wagen for a day trip to Slovakia. I was very clear as to where I was travelling, I paid for the out of country fee, and asked if I needed to do anything else to enter Slovakia. They said I was good to go. Two months later, they charge my car for ticket for entering Slovakia without a vignette. Their response to my complaint was (and I quote): “I’m sorry, but we don’t have to ask you where you are going…”. They don’t, but I told them and asked them if I should do anything. According to my bank the reason for the delayed charge is that it is an offline transaction, one that is done when on an airplane for example. It clearly wasn’t. They made up a reason to be able to charge my card.

I had a great experience with klass wagen, it's not my first time with them and definitely not the last, I made my order on their web site and found it very clear and understandable, great customer service, the car wasin good condition and very clean.

Last reservation: BUD-159620211380346 Rented many times at Klasswagen Budapest. Good value for money. They refreshed the fleet recently, cars are nice and new. But what makes a big difference is the lovely staff at the Budapest shop. They are very good at what they do, always helpful, quick and efficient. Hope the company looks after them so they stay and keep on smiling!

Could make the original booking because of delays but was no issue picking the car up 3 hours later. We got a brand new car because of that it was a empty empty rule but since I brought it back with half a tank they gave me a voucher in that amount for the next booking. Super friendly staff. Only downside was that nobody told us to call the shuttle once we arrived at the airport. The side we booked with told us they run every 15 minutes or so. Could have shaved a few minutes of waiting time.

Nous avons fait une réservation d’un véhicule du 05/05 au 09/05. Sur place, nous avons encore payer une assurance en plus de 150 euros en dépôt de garantie qui devait être remboursé après restitution du véhicule. Nous avons rendu le véhicule en parfait état et à ce jour 07/06 malgré de nombreux mails de notre part nous n’avons toujours pas reçu le remboursement de notre dépôt de garantie. Cette société à mon sens n’est pas tout à fait honnête. Une réponse à nos mails est la moindre des choses !!!

From start to the finish everything was super smooth and well explained. The quality of the car was top notch. Didn't face any problem at all. Deposit was returned immediately once the car was returned. Free pick up and drop shuttle to the Budapest airport. All in all I am definitely choosing Klasswagen when I am visiting Romania next!
