Aug 01,2024After waiting about 10 minutes at the specified location, the shuttle service picked me up to take me to the nearby facility to pick up the rental. In overall I recommend the company, wish they would offer an insurance that is in between the 2 options, something to keep me in the middle... BUD-16873195892967

Aug 01,2024Don't work with this company... We were booking a car and we paid everything on the internet , also insurence. When we went to pick op the care we were paying again 258 euro with the Debit card.( or we have to live to them luke quarance 2500 euro if you have Credit card) Stay away from tgis company

You can feel that the customer is the most important thing, starting from the website, through the telephone directions and the handover of the car. We are very satisfied. Jul 18,2024The outfit is far more substantial & professional than I was expecting: brand news cars, a 24/7 operating base close to the airport and a very slick process. The cars were all new and it seems that they have a very strong working relationship with the VW authorized dealer next door. If you want class-leading rates (by some margin), you can get them - be prepared to accept liability on many items (from insurance to cleaning) if so, but it is honest & achievable. Alternately, go for class-competitive rates, with comprehensive coverage and peace of mind if this is your thing. Double check the territories that are covered with cross-border permission in advance.

Jul 15,2024BUD-16899114642367 My first time using Klass Wagen (my first time in Hungary, actually). The price was very good, so was the car. Some things that i wasn't aware of (like the vignette for the e-tolls) were already included in the package i rented which made everything much easier. Picking up the car was really easy, no hassle and no fuss taking care of all the necessary steps. Will use again on another trip to Hungary.

Jul 14,2024Excellent service, once we arrived at the airport, I gave Klass Wagen a quick call and they picked us up from the airport and took us to their office. We were warmly greeted and given the keys by Anna, who was an absolute peach. From their office it was super convenient to get on the roads without traffic. On return we dropped off the keys to Hajnalka, and dropped back off at the airport. Definitely, would recommend Klass Wagon. Alison Lontay - Rebagliati

Jul 13,2024BUD-166017355617237 They are the best car rental company: cheap, and they have many super cars. I really enjoy trying different cars all the time. I have used them for about eight years. All of the workers are friendly and provide great service. Last time, Jozsef presented the booked car in less than five minutes with all the paperwork. I feel that they develop something for better service every year. They don't have a kilometer limit, and all cars include all vignettes in the country, which is my main reason for using them, but even with this, the price is absolutely reasonable. I can recommend them to everyone. I was afraid that they would not survive the pandemic, but they came back better and bigger. I'm happy to have found them, and I'll never change them.

Jul 13,2024We arrived at their office in Budapest at 1am with a reservation and having completed pre check in to be told by this severely overweigjt creature with zero manners that there was no car and they would give a refund in the morning. When questioned why one of the many vehicles in the car park outside could not be issued this creatures colleague explained that they were “all reserved” and went on to say “I don’t care about you”. Rude doesn’t come close. Avoid this company at all costs - spend an extra five euros and use a legitimate outfit

Aug 02,2024BUD-167515264882819 My car rentalat Klasswagen has been a great experience, yet again! (I've been using them for over 6 years). From stat to finish: less then 10 minutes for pick up from the airport, I got a better than expected car within 5 minutes (I checked in via website before my arrival) the car return lasted less than 2 minutes and the minibus already leaving with other passenger to the airport at 6 a.m. stopped and picked me up - what a gesture! All in all: a great service with very kind, friendly people and reliable cars - excellent value for money - one can only dream of! I can't wait to rent again via Klasswagen! George
