Jun 24,2024The car rental don’t have office in the airport building , is 10 min far by car but they are waiting for u pick u up and drop u when u return the car . Everything was going smooth and easy , nothing to complain , the staff is nice and very helpful .

Jun 21,2024BUD-16471740170928 Generally all was good, very friendly staff. Loved the "not checking for every little scratch" policy, saves time and concerns for taking pictures before and after. Small feedback to improve - the child car seats are not great and the staff could not help. Also, need a way to contact the office via whatsapp call to call the shuttle, for ones without calls and only internet eSim.

Jun 20,2024Everything was very simple, quick, efficient and the people are very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service. I stayed in Hungary for a little over a month and during this time I rented 3 cars from Klass Wagon. 2 for shorter periods and 1 for longer. Every time the experience was great. Keep up the great work!

Jun 20,2024Trustful company in car rental domaine . The rental process is very easy and at arriving you can get your private transfer till the car park . Same when you go back to the airport . The staff are friendly , polite and helpful all the time . Since few years when I come to Hungary , I renting the car just there . I can say I’m satisfied .

Jun 20,2024This is a company of crooks!!.. two weeks ago I rented a car there for one day. I took it without their insurance but with external insurance. Before leaving I took a picture of the car but I forgot to take a picture at a certain point... anyway I looked at the car And I knew very well what its condition was... when I returned it the company tried to say that I had done all kinds of damage to it and if I hadn't taken pictures they would have charged me for things that were already in the car.Unfortunately for me, they found a slight bend in the trunk of the car where I didn't take a picture - but I'm sure that this damage was already there before... because I drove very carefully and parked in nature and not near people and there is no way that this damage Caused during my rental...I advise you to stay away from this company!! It is bad and it tries to take advantage of innocent customers...one more thing:When picking up the car they lied to me and said that I must wash the car before returning it and this is something that is not mentioned in the rental voucher and nowhere... and they said that if I don't do it I will be forced to receive a fine of €150... I recommend being careful of them and taking a car From another company and not from them...don't be tempted by it...

Jun 19,2024BUD-1552675512324 Wonderful company, had no issue when we arrived at the airport, we called the service and in a few minutes a person picked us up at the airport and drove us for picking up our car. We got greeted by a wonderful sales/agent, which explained everything and what we should be aware of because we had bought we leaving Hungary, so we had to buy a vignette for Slovakia. We got a wonderful Opel Mokka, which was pretty new and automatic, so good for when driving on worse roads than highway. We bought the full insurance, bit pricey but when you want to just leave the car when you arrive and going home for holiday best option. When we came back to deliver car they just checked fuel level and we where good to go and they drove us to the airport, we would rent a car again if we are at country that has Klass Wagen.
